    Included as a type-in as part of CPCINFOS Issue 53 and 54. During the game, you direct a ball onto a checkerboard. The goal is to reach the end of each level, within the time allotted to you. You can direct the ball using the joystick, going left and right and pressing the fire button to make it jump. Please note, the number of jumps is limited (it is indicated at the top of the screen). Each color of the checkerboard has a function: blue tiles have no effect, light blue tiles make the ball jump, red tiles slow down the ball, yellow tiles accelerate your ball, green tiles block commands, purple tiles reverse the commands and black tiles are, well, holes. Falling into a hole wastes time. To abandon a game, press ESC, and you return to the menu

    The player controls an electromechanical robot that walks along a brick wall and jumps over it. A line of enemies approaches it from the bottom of the screen in a vertical direction, while the bomb floats horizontally in the center. Enemies can be eliminated by jumping over the wall, which causes a brick to fall. The number of jumps is equal to the number of bricks from the bottom of the wall to the robot.

    Darkness Hour is a timed action platform game. The goal of the player is to find the designated number of butterflies before the end of the night. On each level the player may find the limited number of keys necessary to open the doors. Some of the doors lead to a blind alley, incorrect usage of the keys ends up with a game over message. The passing of the time limit finishes the game automatically, no matter how many lives remaining. The game features a total of three levels with a system of teleports, transferring to other parts of the maze. Shaman-like enemies may be killed by using unlimited throwing knives, contact with them or with the sharp spikes means a certain death.

    Like the name suggests, Breakout 3000 is a Breakout game. So you have a screen filled with bricks, a ball and a paddle. Destroy all bricks with the ball. Use the paddle to bounce the ball back into the playfield when it's about to leave the screen. The game offers 23 levels to play. The more levels you play, the faster will be the game, but also the more special bricks you encounter (exploding bricks, which destroys adjacent bricks; extra lives; etc.) and the more different background themes you will see.
