After the killing of the alien queen in "The Birth" Duke rents an apartment in LA so that he can get some rest before he falls apart. However he didn't kill all the aliens in the first campaign and now those remaining have started to regroup. Find the remaining stronghold of the aliens and kick their asses off the planet; for good.
Duke Nukem, who is a veteran agent of EDF, had a very hard work the last 6 years. And now it was time for vacation :) Duke was on the coast of California for 3 months enjoying that he finally got some free time, and then, he returned to the EDF Headquarters to bring his help again.
FbSp003: City Under Siege is pretty much exactly that, a city in the process of becoming another alien stronghold. As usual it's your job to do the down and dirty, getting in there and clearing out the invaders
Having successfully escaped san-angelos, found the transporter to the alien home world ( levels one thru three ), and liberated the clandestine transporter research facility ( level four ), the time has come to deal with the real evil.... the alien sympathizers.
Unknown to most, the aliens have a secondary reason for being here; our transporter technology. Our system is closing the gap with their system and they don't like it.
Just like map number 2 this level takes place in a couple of cityblocks and rooftops. Even though the level 2 is more navigation friendly than this one.
The aliens stole Disneyland and brought it into space! Duke has to bring it back to Earth in this short (1h) fun ride through 2 detailed levels. Sightseeing and action merge!
A group of premier mappers from the community had just three days to create a set of maps centered on the theme "ten" to celebrate DukeNukem3D's 10 year release anniversary.
While intended to become a James Bond TC, this project was never finished. However, 6 really nice maps remained. You will visit interesting locations like a flying plane, an underwater base or a Russian missile silo.
Death Drive is a 5-level action packed episode taking a lot of inspiration from classic L.A. Meltdown levels and a more recent release Metropolitan Mayhem yet with a twist of my own style and challenging fights of my own map "Slaughterfest".
Basically it's a huge battle from the very beginning till the very end if played on the intended difficulty setting. What makes it a bit different from the rest is the fact that every single map of this episode was made less then in 20 hours each.
Duke pursues the aliens, but is too late. Rotterdam has fallen a prey to the alien cruelty. With a totally massacred population, the city looks strangely deserted.
After a routine flight above Western Europe, Duke Nukem, EDF's best agent, crashed on the roof of a storage facility near Rotterdam mainport, in The Netherlands. Completely dazed he tried to find some help or at least contact the outside world, but none of that worked out. He encountered aliens instead and not one humanbeing seemed to be alive. Only some notes and logs where left.
