After the six girls of the Jahana group have concluded their Variable Geo tournament, a girl named Kotoe Kashima, who happens to be the childhood rival of Reimi Jahana, has organized a new tournament, called "Bout of Cabalistic Goddess". The tournament is once again sponsored by a chain of restaurants, with famous martial artists working there as waitresses. The player chooses one of the six girls of the Jahana group and has once again to defeat all the others in battle before fighting Kotoe and her bodyguards. The Bout of Cabalistic Goddess is the second game in the Variable Geo series. It follows the same gameplay template as its predecessor: the player has to fight the other girls in a pre-determined order, winning two rounds out of three. There are five new girls to fight in this sequel. As before, the defeated fighters undergo various humiliating treatments of sexual nature. It was released as an arcade game in the fall of 1994 and, the following year, ported to the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and the Game Boy. The game's plot involves an all-powerful corporation organising a fighting tournament. The story was adapted in a limited comic book series published under the short-lived Acclaim Comics imprint. Killer Instinct features several gameplay elements unique to fighting games of the time. Instead of fighting enemies in best-of-three rounds bouts, each player has two life bars. The player that depletes the other player's life bars first wins the match. The game also introduced "auto-doubles", a feature which allows players to press a certain sequence of buttons to make characters automatically perform combos on opponents. Supreme Warrior is a full-motion video fighting game. The game, or interactive movie, is set in China hundreds of years ago. You are tasked with protecting half of a magical mask. The wearer of the mask will be granted untold power. Unfortunately, the villanous Wang Tu has the other half of the mask, and wants your half badly. So, you must fight off Wang Tu's minions, and eventually Fang Tu himself. The gameplay in Supreme Warrior consists of digitized video with interactive elements. Mortal Kombat II is an unlicensed port of Mortal Kombat made by Hummer Team. Both Kart Fighter and AV Bishoujo Senshi Girl Fighting, which were released later, use an earlier version of this game's engine. Despite the title, this game is actually a port of the first Mortal Kombat. This was likely done as a form of selling the product as a sequel, a common trait with unlicensed NES games. While the game is mostly faithful to the original game graphics-wise, some features were cut from the game. These include fatalities and blood which are found only in Mortal Kombat II Special. Interestingly, TecToy published the game in Brazil as YuYu Hakusho: Sunset Fighters, however the game has not been released elsewhere. M.I.J.E.T. fan-translated the game to English in 2007. The game is a 4-player fighting game. A and B attack and C blocks, with various combos along the way. Up jumps.
