    Sengeki Striker (閃激ストライカー) is a vertically scrolling shooter created by Warashi and Kaneko for the arcade and released in 1997. The scoring system of Sengeki Striker is not well-understood. It is known that destroying enemy ships so that the explosion takes out other enemies, and using the Gambits to destroy targets, are worth points. Sengeki Striker bears some visual resemblance to Shienryu, a previous game by Warashi.

    Armed Police Batrider is a vertically scrolling manic shooter arcade game developed and published by Raizing/Eighting in 1998. The player controls teams of flying jet bikes (Batriders) each with their own pilot; players can choose up to three of nine standard characters plus another nine unlockable characters from the previous Raizing games Mahou Daisakusen and Battle Garegga. Batrider contains up to seven stages along with a large number of secrets, which are either unlockable with codes or DIP switch settings, or hidden within the game itself.

This rare and unusual update was exclusive to Japan, though the game's region can be changed. When switched to the US region, it transforms into Sega Super GT Plus. On March 31, 2017, Sega Logistics Service officially ended support for Scud Race Plus machines. Scud Race Plus is largely identical to the original Scud Race but includes a few additional features: New track: Super Beginner Mirror course: Hold the START button on the track select screen. Time Lap mode: Hold the START button on the transmission select screen. Extra cars: Available only in Super Beginner mode by holding the START button while selecting a car.

    The Lost World: Jurassic Park is a light gun arcade game from Sega. It was released in 1997, and is based on the film of the same name. It is also a sequel to Sega's 1994 Jurassic Park arcade game. The game features five levels based on environments from the film, including a laboratory and a workers' village. Four of the levels feature a boss battle that must be won to advance the game. Boss enemies include Tyrannosaurus, Deinosuchus and Carnotaurus. Velociraptors are also featured as enemies throughout the game. Pachycephalosaurus, Compsognathus and venom-spitting Dilophosaurus are also encountered throughout the game. At times, the game presents the player with an opportunity to rescue a human who is being attacked by one or multiple dinosaurs. Saving the human results in the human rewarding the player with either a temporary weapon upgrade or additional health.

    Vampire Hunter 2 was released simultaneously with Vampire Savior 2. Both games were not direct sequels but altered versions of Capcom's original, Vampire Savior. The game play is the same as with Night Warriors, though slightly tweaked so that the characters play similar to their appearance in Vampire Savior; it also features the double-health bar system from the aforementioned game. The game was never released outside of arcades in Japan but features were used in later ports of Darkstalkers 3.

    Released in Japan in 1997, Vampire Savior 2 was released along side Vampire Hunter 2 and uses the same gameplay mechanics as Vampire Savior. The game adds Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge characters Donovan Baine, Huitzil and Pyron to the Vampire Savior cast while omitting Jon Talbain, Rikuo (Aulbath), and Sasquatch. Although the game was never officially released in arcades outside of Japan, the game was incorporated into Darkstalkers 3 and later as its own standard game in the Japanese only release of Vampire: Darkstalkers Collection.

Each of the players have different strengths/weaknesses in eight different categories. A match only lasts for one set and the set begins at 4-4 and if necessary a tie-break has to be played. Kick Stars - A knockout soccer tournament in which the player can choose between eight different countries. Each team has five players (a keeper and four field players) and a team type. These types/specialties are counter attackers, defense, balanced and offensive.     Snowboard Championship is a 2D arcade snowboarding game on courses with gameplay similar to Zigurat's World Rally games. Using a side-scrolling bird's-eye view the snowboarder moves forward automatically and the player has to react quickly to turns and obstacles as signalled by arrows. There are three riders to choose from, representing Europe, Japan and USA, and several courses player either in the Beginner of the Championship mode. Most of the focus is used on the steering, but a single button is used to run and get extra speed after slowing down, for instance after bumping into a board. The racing is always done alone, but each course consists of a qualifying run followed by a real race. To qualify, the course needs to be finished not exceeding the time limit. After completing a course it is possible to do the same course again or to move on to the next course. Next to regular races there are slower slalom races with smaller paths and more focus on steering. Some courses have optional elements such as loopings
