    Equilibrio

    2009

    Puzzle
    Wii iOS
Equilibrio is an action/puzzle game where players need to get a ball to the exit to finish a level. To move the ball the playfield needs to be tilted. In the Wii version, tilt the Wii Remote (or lean on the Wii Balance Board) and the playfield will move. The ball is fragile; don't let it fall too far. Don't touch deadly obstacles like spikes or acid pools. There are 64 levels to complete (60 levels for the iPhone version) and 25 goals to accomplish. The difficulty of the game adjusts itself according to player skill. There are 5 special balls with different abilities (rubber ball, paper ball, steel ball, ... ) Some balls are more fragile than others. Each level has its own high scores. There are five game modes, from a general unlock level-per-level conquest mode to the much harder Challenge levels. Levels can be skipped optionally. The Wii version includes two multiplayer modes with up to four players simultaneously.

    Tiny Toon Adventures: Wacky Stackers

    2001

    Puzzle
    Game Boy Advance
What happens when you take classic puzzle gaming and toss in some of the most lovable characters in cartoon history? You get one undeniably awesome game. Buster Bunny, Plucky Duck, and the rest of the TINY TOONS crew are ready for fun, and you're in the driver's seat. The basic premise of this addicting, original title is to arrange pairs of colored eggs, dropping them onto the screen to create combinations. Of course, there are numerous obstacles and would-be detractors to make things more difficult (UFOs, Tasmanian Devils), and time is never on your side. There are plenty of characters from the animated series along for the adventure including Hampton J. Pig and Fifi La Fume and each is prepared for puzzle-style battle. As many as four players can link up to see who has the quickest reflexes, and there are plenty of single-player modes to keep you busy as well. If you're a TINY TOONS fan, this one is a must-have. If you're not a fan well, you should be.
  • Super Bust-A-Move

    2000

    Super Bust-A-Move

    2000

    Puzzle
    PC (Microsoft Windows) PlayStation 2
Super Bust-A-Move introduces some new elements to the series (and removes some others): Large bubbles are found in certain levels. Shooting a bubble of the same color at them makes every bubble in the level change into that color. In some levels, the pointer and the bubbles that are shot are of a very small size, enabling the player to shoot bubbles between small gaps. These bubbles grow into normal size after being clustered. Occasionally, a conveyor belt will surround the level. This makes bouncing off the ceiling and the walls significantly tricky, since the bubbles' trajectory will change upon bouncing. Levels do not always have the usual rectangular shape. Some of them are jagged or have walls inside them, which forces the player to change strategy. Small blocks appear in some levels. They change the bubbles' trajectories, much like walls, but they move down with the level and fall off when they touch the line. The pulley system introduced in Puzzle Bobble 4 is nowhere to be seen. Chain Reaction is only prese

Play modes include Clear (clean the playfield of all blocks), Puzzle (try and clear all blocks within a set number of drops), Marathon (the usual play as far as you can mode) and Rescue Mode, where you must clear the blocks from the top of a cage, in which the many monsters from the arcade hit, Rampage World Tour, are trapped in.
