OverBlood 2 is an action-adventure video game developed by Riverhillsoft for the PlayStation. It is the sequel to the game Overblood, released on the same platform. The game was published in Japan by Riverhillsoft on July 23, 1998, while a European version saw release from Evolution games on April 13, 2001.
Set at the end of the 19th century, Gotham by Gaslight follows the Dark Knight as he tracks down Jack the Ripper.
The game was cancelled after THQ failed to secure the rights. Concept illustrations and early prototype gameplay were released afterwards by developer Day 1 Studios.
The game tells the story of a skilled and daring teenage ninja named Hayate, infiltrating an evil castle in an attempt to rescue a princess he loves.
