Quentin McCloud must rescue clan members during a journey across his world in this game for the Jaguar CD. Quentin is portrayed in 3D, as are his enemies, but most of his world is in 2D (much like Alone in the Dark and Resident Evil). Unfortunately, the 3D polygon construction of the characters is hideous, though the backgrounds and cut scenes are well done. The first-person control scheme has promise, but suffers from multiple problems. If Quentin is attacked from behind, by the time he pivots, he's usually dead. Highlander is a mediocre game deserving of consideration from Highlander fans but, even considering the scarcity of Jaguar CD titles, probably best left alone by others.
Tetsuya is a rather ordinary Japanese teenager, who prefers hanging out with his sweetheart Rika than going to school. His passion are 3D video games. The newest game machine which allows the player to completely submerge into the virtual world, modeled according to his desires, has captured his heart. But one thing is strange: lately, Tetsuya keeps seeing himself as a killer and rapist. Dreams begin to haunt him. Is this just a side-effect of the game, or does he have a dark side he knows nothing about? Or maybe the game took him to another world, which will from now on become part of his life?..
Chōgōkin Selections (超合金 セレクションズ) is a CD-ROM-based adventure game for the Playdia console. The title Chōgōkin translates to "Super Alloy", a fictitious material which first appeared in Mazinger Z and is also used as the name of a line die-cast robot toys manufactured by Bandai subsidiary Popy.
The game is based on Go Nagai's manga, that was later made into anime TV series. Rather than following the plot of the manga, the game has the player assume the role of a nameless male detective, who is headed to a fictional country called Austral Island in search of a missing girl. When the hero arrives on the island, he soon discovers that there is some sort of a supernatural organization that might be the reason for the girl's disappearance. Then he hooks up with Honey Kisaragi, the heroine of the manga and TV series, who is an android that can assume various combat forms and fight evil creatures.
This is an adventure game with simple interaction (point-and-click), the cursor turning blue for looking at objects and yellow for using them or talking to people. At some screens there are multiple dialogue choices. There are no puzzles in the game, but sometimes the player controls Honey in combat sequences, which play like a mini-game that involves pressing a button as many times as possible within a time limit, an

Talk with friends in person and on the phone, attend classes, study, do homework, shop for clothes at the mall and go out on dates.
You choose one of two characters to play. Besides your 6 closest friends, there are 20 other characters to meet during the course of the game - including prospective boyfriends. The scenarios are presented by way of video clips. Conversations come about by selecting one of several provided replies.
There are various types of mini-games to solve within the game including variations of Concentration and Tetris as well as a shooting accuracy game and a picture puzzle.
A single player adventure game based on the anime of the same name. A troupe of girls embark on pro-wrestling careers in the near future. Pro-wrestling has evolved into Neo Pro-wrestling, and combatants wear metal suits, becoming "Metal Fighters".
"Professor" Hitosuji, well-known reputed tutor and a teacher. He can turn even the worst students into straight A stars... although it might be just a coincidence that all those girls happen to be very young and beautiful students. His "private tutoring skills" might be somewhat questionable, but it works.
This game released only in Japan in 1995. In the game, the player plays as one of the three main girls (either Momoko, Yuri or Hinagiku) to compete with each other in a series of mini games. The ultimate goal is to win the competition over the other two girls so that the player who won the competition can ask the guy that all three girls are in love with (Yanagiba) to the school dance. The game has a three player option as well, where two other people can play the other two girls that you did not pick.
The game was stored in three separate CDs. The gameplay shares many puzzle elements and first-person gameplay to Myst. When the player clicks the cursor on where the mouse icon changes to a triforce icon, the location changes. Clicking on an object allows the player to get a closer look. The player's main objective is to collect four special coins to use at the Oracle booth before proceeding to the office building to locate the deed. The fairground is divided into four sections. In each section there are some playable minigames. Playing the minigames costs a few tokens. Jamie starts the player off with ten tokens. Winning the minigames earns the player additional tokens depending on the winning score. At least one minigame in each fairground section earns the player a special coin. After solving the puzzles in the park's office building, the player must use whatever clues gathered to find out which one of nine park employees is the thief who stole the deed.
Wirehead has the player controlling Ned Hubbard, a man with a wireless controller implanted in his brain, via the joypad.
The bad guys are chasing after Ned for his "mind implant", and of course, the only way to get it is to open his head. Reminiscent of Dragon's Lair, a path opens up, and the player has to choose the right direction, otherwise Ned will be killed.
