Pero is Puss 'n Boots of storybook fame and he's caught up in a whirlwind adventure, traveling through time and around the world! True-blue Pero has been "cat-apulted" back through time by the terrible Count Gruemon. Now Pero must cross many dangerous lands to defeat Count Gruemon and recover the Time Machine which will return Pero home. It's a "cat-astrophe!"

Behead your way through the levels of a mysterious world ruled by the Wizard Aroon. This game has a nice idea, you have to bump boulders in from below with your helmet on your head, but the gameplay is unfair, in some situations it's just luck, a good idea changed into a frustrating game. Then on the other hand it is easily possible to leech endless score in the bonus round. Not good. Move joystick left/right on title screen to toggle 1/2 player mode.
Evil Stone is an odd game. It's a beat em up, but rather than taking place on a traditional scrolling path, it takes place on grids of floating rocks. Furthermore, it's a beat em up in which the player has no kind of health counter, and can theoretically take an endless number of hits without dying.
Each player can choose from one of four characters: Lucky Lou, Diamond Dave, Tossin' Tom and Mayhem Mary. There are two pitches in each inning. Players may select grip and throwing angle prior to each pitch. The rolling of the trackball determines the distance of each pitch. After each inning the scoring with shown with an overhead shot of the stake area. Each player's score is shown throughout the game at the top of the screen. Up to nine innings can be played per game.
Ultima VI sees the player return to Britannia, at war with a race of gargoyles from another land, struggling to stop a prophecy from ending their race. The player must help defend Britannia against these gargoyles, and ultimately discover the secrets about both lands and its peoples.
The player selects from a jet fighter or helicopter, shoot enemies in the air and ground, collect power-ups, and defeat bosses to advance levels.
The game differs from most others in the genre in that you can change the aircraft you use at the start of each level. The jet fighter always shoots straight forward; power-ups increase the width and strength of its shots. The helicopter fires thinner and weaker shots, but turns in the direction it moves (similar to the later Zero Gunner), giving it great range; powerups increase the strength of shots, as well as the number of bullets per shot (adding a small "spread" effect to the shot while moving around).
Both the fighter and the helicopter also start with three bombs which wipe out everything in their path, including enemy shots. These bombs are also unique compared to similar games, in that they produce a line of small horizontal blasts that can be "directed" at the line travels across the ground, by pressing left and right (similar to the helicopter's shots). It utilizes the familiar top-down perspective featured in many action-adventure games, such as The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Shining Force. What sets it apart is the linear style of the game, as well as the limitation of one primary character. Interestingly, Arkista's Ring is an example of an early game with a female protagonist-an elf named Christine. The game is now considered to be a particularly rare NES title.
Adventures in the Magic Kingdom is a game developed by Capcon where the player explores various rides in Disney theme parks. The player must complete five different stages, modeled after rides, as well as a trivia quest in order to retrieve the set of keys. Players choose which stage to play by walking around the park in the game's overworld map.
