Vampire Hunter 2 was released simultaneously with Vampire Savior 2. Both games were not direct sequels but altered versions of Capcom's original, Vampire Savior. Capcom Sports Club is a multi-sport arcade game that includes tennis, soccer, and basketball. Each of the games can be played either solo or against a second player. Smash Stars - A knockout tennis tournament where the player takes control of a tennis player from one of sixteen countries. Each of the players have different strengths/weaknesses in eight different categories. A match only lasts for one set and the set begins at 4-4 and if necessary a tie-break has to be played. Kick Stars - A knockout soccer tournament in which the player can choose between eight different countries. Each team has five players (a keeper and four field players) and a team type. These types/specialties are counter attackers, defense, balanced and offensive. A match is played over a span of two minutes (three in a two player match) and when the tournament is won a bonus match can be played against the Star team. Snowboard Championship is a 2D arcade snowboarding game on courses with gameplay similar to Zigurat's World Rally games. Using a side-scrolling bird's-eye view the snowboarder moves forward automatically and the player has to react quickly to turns and obstacles as signalled by arrows. There are three riders to choose from, representing Europe, Japan and USA, and several courses player either in the Beginner of the Championship mode. Most of the focus is used on the steering, but a single button is used to run and get extra speed after slowing down, for instance after bumping into a board. The racing is always done alone, but each course consists of a qualifying run followed by a real race. To qualify, the course needs to be finished not exceeding the time limit. After completing a course it is possible to do the same course again or to move on to the next course. Top Skater is an arcade game released by Sega in 1997, and built on the Sega Model 2 hardware. It was one of the first arcade games to feature a skateboard controller interface. In Top Skater, players stand on a skateboard-like platform which swung side-to-side or tilted, manipulating the actions of the avatars in the game. Similar games were made for skiing, snowboarding and other sports of this nature. The game consisted of various ramps, rails and other skating objects from which the player could do tricks to gain points. The main sponsor of the game was Coca-Cola. The soundtrack of the game consisted entirely of these songs by the punk rock band Pennywise. The game's style is like that of the later and more known Sega game Crazy Taxi, noticeably the character art design and music type. Top Skater was also directed by Kenji Kanno. A group of bounty hunters must capture the mad scientist Dr. Saturn with a giant head. The roster of heroes has 5 characters for the player to choose from: Cyber Blue, a human bounty hunter with cybernetic attachments to his body; Captain Silver, a humanoid shape-shifting hunter who has ability to project ice particles from his body; Pink Ostrich, a large, sentient, pink ostrich, who is always accompanied by its owner, a young girl named Pola Abdul; Yellow Iris, a part-time fashion model with claws and Alien Green, a space creature looking like a giant, moving plant. Gameplay is quite typical for the genre, like in Final Fight, Streets of Rage, or Cadillacs and Dinosaurs - players go right, beat the enemies (player has access to various attacks), collect bonuses and money, and fight against bosses, for example Dr. Saturn and his robots.
