Blue Sphere, known as Special Stage Mode in Sonic & Knuckles Collection, is an easter egg video game built into the Sonic & Knuckles cartridge for the Sega Mega Drive, accessible by attaching any Mega Drive game cartridge (other than Sonic the Hedgehog 2 or Sonic the Hedgehog 3) into the Sonic & Knuckles lock-on port. Blue Sphere is a collection of Special Stages in the same style and engine of those featured in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles.
If the cartridge that is locked on to Sonic & Knuckles is the original Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic Classics, the Nick Arcade and Simon Wai prototype versions of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will also work), then the full game of Blue Sphere is accessed with all stages. Most other cartridges will allow the player to access only a single stage of the game, based on the cartridge's ROM header and the stage's code in the full Blue Sphere game. Sonic Jam 6 is a version of Super Mario Bros. 2 (the bootleg version) featuring Sonic instead of Mario. This version replaces the title screen with ported version of Sonic Jam's and includes a screenshot of the Sega Mega Drive version of Sonic 3D Blast's intro to overlap Mario's face on the level intro/status screen. However, his face wasn't removed in the bonus areas.
This is a puzzle. You control the ball. You can roll it in 4 directions. The ball is uncontrollable until it stops. You are only able to make a direction change when you hit a surface - it is straight line movements all the way.

Some passages are closed by a magical barrier. Use a magic stone to destroy the magic barrier. There are four types of barriers that differ in color. It is necessary to use a magic stone of the corresponding color. There is a universal magic stone - multi-colored.
Mighty the Armadillo in Sonic the Hedgehog is a modification of Sonic 1 that brings the long-missing-but-recently-found member of the Chaotix to South Island for his own adventure!
Mighty realizes that Dr.Robotnik is up to no good and is capturing animals into Robots silently while Sonic is out.
Being a good friend of the blue blur and knowing Robotnik from his previous encounters he gives chase across South Island to thwart his plans!
He brings with him his wall jump ability, however not his hammer drop it's been quite some time since his Mania adventures and has to warm up on using it again.
Besides this though he does bring the spindash to the party as well!
Sonic the Hedgehog: The Next Level is a overhaul modification of Sonic the Hedgehog developed by MarkeyJester.
This time around Sonic explores a new otherworldly zone- for that's exactly what it is! It seems Dr.Robotnik has grown tired of the same shtick and is now trying to conquer the Gust Planet!
He has trapped the Animals of the planet in his new models of badnik and has managed to collect a Chaos Emerald! He's used this emerald to power his new machine the Reality Bender!
Sonic soon catches on to Dr. Robotnik's scheme and makes his way over to the Gust Planet Zone himself to put a stop to his evil scheme!
Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog brings the Ultimate Lifeform to South Island to put a stop to Dr. Robotnik's Evil Plans!
He must skate across 7 perilous zones to free the animals he's trapped in his robots and collect the 6 Chaos Emeralds!
Shadow's journey however isn't the same as that blue rodent, as he has the ability to use rings to fuel his rocket shoes for a boost! However the shoes use 5 Rings per boost so use them wisely!
Shadow also brings the Light Speed Dash to the table working just like how it did back when he was the talk of the town!
Simply hit A near a trail of rings to dash through them at light speed!
Oh and did I mention that thanks to Shadow practicing his Chaos Abilities so much, he no longer needs the 7th emerald to go Super?
While never originally ported to the Sega Genesis, a port of the game by M2 is featured on the Sega Genesis Mini microconsole of September 19th, 2019. Later, an expanded version titled "Darius Extra Version" was released for a Sega Mega Drive/Genesis cart for a special Amazon prime Day release on October 13th, 2020.

Sonic 2 Community´s Cut is a combined mod of Sonic 2 and the Genesis Plus GX emulator which adds widescreen, S2 2013 enhancements, and more.
Sonic 2 Community's Cut is distributed as an emulator + patch and thus requires you to provide an original Sonic 2 ROM.
By default, it will look for the ROM included with the Steam release.
