Blockbuster World Video Game Championship II is a special cartridge used for, as the name suggests, the second Blockbuster World Video Game Championships, held in branches of Blockbuster. It was built by Acclaim Entertainment for North American Sega Mega Drive units, and contains watered down versions of NBA Jam Tournament Edition and Judge Dredd.
Shooting game exclusive to the Mega Drive (Genesis). You can play alone against the console or challenge a friend in a two-player game. Press the A, B or C button once to set the aim of the gun, then again to set the force and shoot a bullet. The arrow in the center of the screen indicates the direction and intensity of the wind, be careful as this may change the trajectory of the ball. If you are lucky, you may not have the wind to fear.
Angry Birds in Russia (Angry Birds В России) is a puzzle game made by BMB, the same developer behind Felix the Cat, Mario 3: Around the World, and Darkwing Duck. There are no credits to be found inside the game to support this fully but it is speculated that it was published by Kudos.
Payne Stewart Pro Golf is an unreleased golf game for the Sega Mega Drive set to be published by Time Warner Interactive.
The game demoed at Winter CES 1995 with a tenative Spring 1995 release date. The project was cancelled for unknown reasons.

Released in 1994 for both the Super NES and the Sega Genesis, Wolverine: Adamantium Rage is a platform-action video game. Teeny Weeny Games developed the Genesis version, while the Super NES version was created by Bits Studios. Despite being developed independently, the two versions share a common opening storyline and gameplay, though they differ in certain key aspects. Notably, it is one of the pioneering video games to incorporate a recharging health system.
An enhanced version of the Sega Genesis version of Disney's Aladdin, fixing bugs and adding features and level parts which couldn't make it in the original version. This version was released in the Disney Classic Games Collection compilation.
Mulan is a game for the Sega Mega Drive based on the Disney film of the same name, released in 1998. It was likely developed by ex-Chuanpu developers and published by X Boy. A second release exists that does not credit X Boy but it is unknown if it was published by another company or by X Boy without their logo.
Lion King II is an unlicensed platformer for the Sega Mega Drive. It is loosely based on the 1994 film The Lion King (as opposed to its 1998 sequel which shares the Lion King II title). It was developed by Gamtec at an unknown date, and uses sound effects from other unlicensed Mega Drive games. For example, the sound for Simba slashing enemies is the select sound from Rockman X3, and the sound when picking up an item is from Squirrel King.
A sequel, Lion King 3, was developed later on, and is also loosely based on the first movie.

Sonic 2 Retro Remix is a large-scale ROM hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Mega Drive, created by Thorn and DNXDelta. The goal of the project is to create a 2D Sonic the Hedgehog game that requires exploration to progress, as well as the requisite platforming and sheer speed. A mission system akin to those of the 3D Super Mario games is implemented as the means of progressing from one level to the next. Missions involve earning Chaos Emeralds in scavenger hunts, boss battles, speed runs and score attacks; most require learning each level's ins and outs, instead of just finding the easiest way to the goal.

Sonic the Hedgehog OmoChao Edition is a ROM hack of Sonic the Hedgehog (16-bit) by Cinossu.
Originally starting as a joke between himself and Qjimbo, later on becoming a joke hack as an idea for April Fools, with the addition of OmoChao it became a challenge-based (and playable) hack, where the objective is to collect, destroy or even touch as little as possible.
