Czech Community project with all 32 maps made by Czech or Slovak authors. The maps should be playable with pistol start and also in one run. It should be fully BooM compatible and jumping/crouching is not allowed since it could spoil the gameplay of many maps. Also Voodoo dolls are used in several maps, so please use ports that support this feature.
Surreal, sometimes eerie, fast-paced, textureless(-ish, there's only 1 texture that looks like anything) mappack that uses a modified version of supercharge where every monster is a hyper-aggressive non-infighting glass cannon, taking some inspiration from extremely early game builds and tech demos.
1x1 is an MBF21 (-complevel 21) community project hosted in my discord server. The concept is simple: the maps only use 1 texture and 1 flat, with the exception of a single switch texture and F_SKY (which was only allowed to be used if the texture was transferred to it!). The wad features 24 mbf21-compatible maps (01-21, 31-33) made by various authors, with difficulty ranging from around early Sunlust difficulty to absolutely batshit crazy, though difficulty settings are implemented. Maps are ordered very roughly by difficulty. Pistol starts are intended but not required.
Valis a 32 level singleplayer megawad for DOOM 2.
All maps were designed with pistol start in mind, but continuous play works as well.
Freelook is not required, but recommended. Turn off infinitely tall monsters. Difficulties settings are available.
Bloomverse is a Smart game where players can own characters and items and earn Bloomie tokens on the Solana network. The game features virtual lobbies, malls, and arenas where players can partake in different events and socialize. The game is available on browsers and mobile platforms.
This version of Quake II differs from the other releases by replacing most of the levels with new ones. Some of the levels have familiar themes or even re-create the original ones closely; however, new stages are dominant, tending to be significantly shorter than those of the PC version. This release also features additional graphical effects, such as lighting during gunfire. Multiplayer for up to four participants is included.
Starshine is a limit removing wad for Doom 2 set in a techbase ripped from the earth and tossed into space! The goal was to make bases where rock and grass were still barely clinging along as they floated in the lonely void, perhaps after some disastrous teleportation experiment. It's mostly a visual theme and the gameplay is otherwise classic styled, so you won't have to worry about falling into the void while killing demons.
Techblast is a 2 map wad for Boom compatible ports (tested in GZDoom, Prboom, DSDA Doom and Doom Retro) featuring classic styled techbases and some difficult encounters.
MAP01 starts things off with a slower paced exploratory level, then MAP02 escalates into harder encounters. Difficulty levels are supported, and I recommend HMP for the first time through unless you're a very confident player. Freelook is fine, jumping is not. It can be played continuously or with pistol starts.
Snowfury is a single map wad for Boom set in an snowy castle featuring classic styled gameplay. The level should take around 15-20 minutes to complete, and provide a decent challenge. Difficulty levels are supported. Freelook is fine, but avoid jumping.
The main gimmick of the map is that it uses a snow effect that doesn't require decorate or a more advanced engine, inspired by the old map "nordhell" by Eternal/Deadall. The effect can break down if you look at it too closely but most of the time it looks pretty nice.
Warglaive is a set of small to medium sized maps focusing on action-packed, difficult, classic-styled gameplay. Difficulty starts off moderate and escalates to very challenging on the later maps, though lowering skill level can ease things up significantly if needed. There are 7 main levels and one bonus level accessed through a secret exit on map 7, which is intended to be a very difficult challenge for seasoned players.
10 short, action focused maps for Doom 2, inspired by Scythe. The wad is divided into 2 visual themes. The first 5 maps are techbases, the next 5 are a visual mashup of Shores of Hell, Plutonia and Scythe 2's jungle episode. The gameplay is classic styled mostly without slaughter, but there are some large fights.
This is a set of 7 levels for Doom 2 inspired by the gameplay style of Scythe - short, straightforward, and fast paced, with plenty of action and challenge. While the first Glaive was techbase themed, this set is hell themed and aims to be much harder.
One Humanity is a new level for the 1994 id Software release DOOM II created by John Romero to support the people of Ukraine and the humanitarian efforts of the Red Cross and the UN Central Emergency Response Fund. 100% of the proceeds go toward this support.
Vow of Vengeance is a collection of 12 fast-paced, action-packed levels with themes of tech bases, caves, hell and snowscapes. It features midis by Dragonfly, Ax34, Jimmy and Eris Falling.
In a distant part of the universe, an alien creature called Zelos was born. As he grew so did his appetite, and soon he began devouring galaxies, planets, and stars by the hundreds. Now your planet has appeared in Zelos' path, and it is up to you and a partner to fly into battle to save your world. Salamander is an action-packed shooter where there are six levels which alternate between side and vertical scrolling, each of them ending with a powerful guardian. Throughout the game, destroying certain enemies will release power ups which can be used to equip your ship with more powerful weapons, extra speed, and shields. Gameplay is for one player or two players simultaneously.
