Multiplayer game, developed for Xerox Alto, where each player uses their own Alto workstation to control a starship. The objective of the game is to destroy the enemy without being destroyed. A player can choose between of being a Klingon, Romulan, or Terran. The game can be played by one player, but there will be no enemy to destroy.
Football 2 (or II) was released in 1978. It is the Sequel to the popular Football I game. It adds the functionality of running forward and backward, passing, etc (and actually has a 10 yard playing field, not 9 like Football I). This game also has an 'Easter Egg' of sorts, if you hold down the 'Pass' button while turning on the game, you effectively get Pro 3 or Pro 4 difficulty settings for the game play (i.e., if you have the switch on Pro 1, holding down the pass will give you Pro 3, etc. Pro 4 is VERY fast and difficult to play.)
Color TV-Game Racing 112 is the third game in the Color TV series. Unlike the first two games that were tennis games, this one is a racing game that uses a steering and gearstick to race. You would have to drive on a road while dodging oncoming cars. The game later made a cameo appearance in the game WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$ for the Game Boy Advance. Shigeru Miyamoto worked on this game's casing and included the stick shift.
Depth Charge is a simplified variant of Gremlin's arcade game Depthcharge. Like in the arcade game the objective is to sink as many submarines as possible by dropping depth charges from a boat on the surface. What's difference is that the boat automatically moves from right to the left and all the player has to do is to press a single button to drop the depth charges. The boat makes three passes along the surface and the objective of the game is simply to score as many points as possible. More points are earned by hitting submarines at higher depths and upon reaching 600 and 900 points additional passes are given.
Space War is the first game released by Vectorbeam after its founders left Cinematronics. It is essentially a very close version of Cinematronic's Space Wars, which had in turn been brought to Cinematronics by Vectorbeam founder Larry Rosenthal as a prototype inspired by the 1962 PDP-1 game Spacewar.
Galaxy War is a discrete logic arcade game released by Sega in 1978. It is a shooting game which is very similar to Bullet Markāfour types of targets, such as spacecraft and disks, are aimed at by one or two players. There is a bullet indicator and you can fire the trigger while squeezing the trigger.
Wildwood is a light gun/shooting game released by Sega in 1978. Like most early Sega arcade games it uses discrete logic rather than a microprocessor to produce its gameplay.
