Addition
An original adaptation of John Romero's Daikatana with unique gameplay differences, developed by Kemco for the Nintendo 64.
Daikatana is similar to the PC version in terms of gameplay, but the game itself is very different. It plays one repeating music track per era, weapons can be carried through different eras, and it had a lot of fogging and low framerate along with low resolutions to make up for performance in its large areas, despite the expansion pak.
This was due to the game being on a Nintendo system, to prevent pointless slaughter, despite the game already being rated M.
Released five years after the Nintendo 64 counterpart, the iQue Player version of Doubutsu no Mori changed some events, items and text to reflect the Chinese culture, replacing some of the collectibles while adding some new ones.
A version of Ice Climber with a special letter from Takashi Tezuka and a Famicom Disk System item distributed on a Controller Pak, via magazine giveaways. It is a very rare item, only two giveaways are documented to have happened, distributing 30 Controller Pak each. It could only be played in Doubutsu no Mori, on its built-in NES emulator.
Mario Kart 64: Amped Up is a ROM hack/mod of Mario Kart 64 developed by Litronom.
The mod includes:
-16 brand new courses
-5 additional game modes,
-fully animated 3D racers
-modern visuals
-groovy music
-customization settings
-unlockables
and much, much more!
It can be played on any modern emulator and even on original hardware.
