This version of Quake II differs from the other releases by replacing most of the levels with new ones. Some of the levels have familiar themes or even re-create the original ones closely; however, new stages are dominant, tending to be significantly shorter than those of the PC version. This release also features additional graphical effects, such as lighting during gunfire. Multiplayer for up to four participants is included.
Contra Spirits 64 is a canceled entry in the Contra series that was being in development in 1998 by Konami Computer Entertainment Osaka and was planned to be released on the Nintendo 64.
The game was presumably going to be a side-scrolling platformer shoot 'em up in 2.5D, with the camera probably changing to a higher perspective in certain sections and boss battles.
Most likely due to poor sales of the Nintendo 64 in Japan, Konami ultimately decided to stop the project and disbanded the team, which then were assigned to work separately in different projects.
Bowser has returned [again], and has painted his stars purple and dispersed them from level to level. However, 70 extras have popped up that he isn't aware of... sort of. It is up to Luigi, because Mario is busy with the green ones, the yellow ones, the blue ones, and the red ones, to collect these stars and give Bowser the boot.
Do not let your kids play this game as it has vulgar language.
This game may start out extremely easy, but its difficulty curve goes up quicker than a roller coaster. Don't let your guard down. There is also purple coin comes in some of the levels, which make them very long and very hard. I don't recommend 100%-ing this unless you REALLY want to. Or you want bragging rights... Though, any%ing it is incredibly easy...
Plutonium Mario 64 is a major ROM Hack made by usernamesarespiders, featuring 12 main courses with 101 Stars.
Originally dubbed Pluto Mario 64, it was an old Super Mario World hack the creator made years in the past but never was released in public until it was transitioned into Super Mario 64, and the title was named after the dwarf planet orbiting from the Sun, before changing the name after the radioactive chemical metal.

This is the 4.5th in the "Star Revenge" Series of SM64 hacks. Probably noticable by the Rewritten at the end of the name, this hack is a remake of SR4. 95% of the levels were made with completely new level models, which were made with the original design of the levels in mind to improve upon them.
This hack has 100 stars and is made in the open world style, which means that you access very few levels via an overworld and rather go from level to level via entrances in the levels itself. There is still an overworld which acts as a place for shortcuts to later levels if a game over happens.
You can find 15 new main courses and some side levels.
This is the 3.9th in the "Star Revenge" Series of SM64 hacks. Unlike all the other Star Revenges, this hack's 8 main levels are all 2.5D and themed around the beat blocks found in SR3.5.
The hack is split into 2 difficulties:
Normal mode, which has checkpoints in all levels to save your progress and Hard mode, which removes all the checkpoints.
Hard mode can be unlocked once you master all 8 levels once.
If you want to just beat the hack, you can do once you got 8 stars, you are not forced to do anything on hard.
Doing levels checkpointless is more for dare devils that would try to do it anyway, so it got added into the game.
Since the camera can be limited, the hack comes with screenshoots of the levels so you can plan/see ahead what comes next in the level if needed.
This hack can be pretty hard, even on normal, but it's more a thing of getting the timing down. That said, course 8 is no joke tho.
This is the 6.5th in the "Star Revenge" Series of SM64 hacks.
This hack is based around the idea of the green stars missions of Super Mario Galaxy 2. It also remixes the original stages of SR6 LA into new ones to make it more interesting and not feel the complete same.
In this hack you play again as Luigi like SR6, but this time the paintings inside of Peach's Castle are getting messed up by a huge flower that appeared out of nowhere outside of the castle. You can find 9 main courses in this hack + 2 boss levels.
This is the 0.5th in the "Star Revenge" Series of SM64 hacks. Going by the name, this hack is based on levels made before SR1 and SR2.
The 7 main courses of this hack aren't too complex and are from the times before work on SR1 was restarted because of the release of bigger level patches. The cap switch levels are based on the TTM demo levels, which were made before SR2 NoD was started.
The hack has 65 stars and isn't too hard. Also a "feature" of this update is that you will find a lot of owo and uwu in star names. Why? Because why not.
There is also the remake of this hack called "Star Revenge 5: Neo Blue Realm" which is better than this hack.
This is the 5th of the "Star Revenge" Series of SM64 hacks. Not directly visable in the name but this is a remake of SR0.5 UL. The 7 main courses share the same theme with the old hack, but the models itself differ a lot.
For the most part you play as Mario and find yourself in front of a Castle after being send away by a trap in the past. There are 70 stars to find which are mostly easy but some hidden stuff here and there to explore with 3 different endings to this hack.
A 121 star long sm64 hack with all 15 main courses and the overworld replaced with new levels. Simple story, Bowser just took once again over the castle and made new paintings for the stars.
The difficulty begins easy/normal and gets harder to the end.
This is a 166-star romhack of Super Mario 64 about a visit to a small town, where Luigi finds himself the main rogue in a murder! He must follow the shadow to a strange fortress, one he recognizes vaguely. Through the various paintings created in front of him, Luigi must escape the fortress to solve the mystery, catch the culprit, and?
This is the sequel/remake to Luigi & The Violet Stars. This does not invalidate Violet Stars at all.
