If you enjoy a rather classic SMW experience, you're in for a treat - This hack is designed to feel like an extension of the original game (with embellishments).
A moderately hard hack of Super Mario World. Luminescent is meant to be a fun challenge for the kaizo enthusiast who seeks to delve into tougher territory, while still being firmly intermediate in nature. It is ASM heavy, and features a plethora of custom stuff while keeping the familiar aesthetics and playability of the original game.
What happens when five fans of Super Mario World and Touhou Project come together to make a hack? Super Mario World with Touhou elements mixed in, of course! Aside from the usual platforming and exploration of strange lands, Mario now has to focus and dodge bullets fired by familiar foes as the Mushroom Kingdom gets dragged into a new incident.
Super Duper Metroid is an exploration oriented hack of Super Metroid that was originally being created by Daltone and later finished and touched up by Metaquarius. It uses v0.8.1 of Project Base, and also contains a mirror mode and a built-in randomizer!

We challenged ourselves to reconstruct all the levels, maps, and songs in Super Mario World (1994) based purely on what we could remember. The result is thoroughly unsettling. Please enjoy this testament to the fallibility of human memory.
Super Metroid Redux is an improvement hack for Super Metroid, and a continuation of Super Metroid: GBA Style. This hack aims to give Super Metroid a whole lot of improvements, being it graphical or in mechanics/gameplay, and address some of the annoyances from the original, such as increasing the speed of elevator transitions, improved weapon selection, the diagonal aiming style from Metroid: Zero Mission, and the additional option for widescreen (specific emulators only).
Nidoking wants to conquer the world, but to do so he must kidnap Shizuka! Our hero, Lakitu, ventures to defeat the Drill PokeMon. Lakitu's Great Adventure is a fairly long hack, however it doesn't seem to be easy. They are 24 super creative levels themed around something imaginative. Music, sprites, and even some enemies have been changed.
Story: After the events of Super Mario Adventure 2, Mario and Luigi return home after getting some delicious cake from Princess Peach's castle. They have just moved into a new house so Mario starts unpacking, Luigi starts reading a newspaper. Luigi sees a scam ad in the newspaper telling them how they can “get rich quick.” Mario heads out to see if this scam is real or not.

Almost immediately after picking up the gem Mario is sent to Glitch World, and is told by a mysterious figure that he must collect the scattered gems before it’s too late, or else everyone, and everything will become a glitchy mess and the cartridge will get fried.
