What if Nintendo created a DLC track pack for Super Mario Kart in 1992? The aim of this hack is to make a compliment to the original game. Super Mario Kart featured courses named for Mario, Koopa and Bowser. This has new themes for the other 5 characters plus a revamp of the Mario, Bowser and Rainbow Road courses. In addition to 20 all-new standard tracks, it also features 4 new battle courses.
The roster is mostly the same but Donkey Kong Jr. has been replaced with regular Donkey Kong and Koopa is replaced with Paratroopa.
After defeating Mother Brain and detonating Tourian, the shockwave of the explosion shifted the orbital path of Planet Zebes, moving it closer to the sun. Over time, the Zebian polar ice caps melted, leaving the entire planet submersed underwater. Samus returns to Zebes twenty years later to confront a second Mother Brain that spawned out of the depths, along with new dangers.

No term invokes more contempt. It's artificial difficulty. It's lazy. It's uninspired. Or so they say. And now... it's what this hack is about.
Introducing “Mega Man 7 Refit,” a ROM hack which makes Mega Man 7 a little more like those old NES classics in a few minor, but significant ways:
Shorter charge times mean you can fire more Charged Shots more often! Teach those robots a lesson!
Increased invulnerability makes scooting across spikes much less tricky! Just don’t take too long!
Refreshed graphics, such as fonts which harken back to those old NES classics! It’s so old… it’s new!
Each world represents a different season — there's a Spring world, a Summer world, a Fall world, and a Winter world. (And some more!) Almost all the graphics are custom and hand-made.
A Plumber For All Seasons features:
-37 levels with 41 exits
-almost entirely custom graphics, all of them hand-made
-a focus on interesting, season-themed scenery and fun levels
-an original soundtrack by some of SMWC's finest musicians
-rewards and easter eggs for completionists
So why faster? Because you should.
This is the second part of the Y-Faster 2 project. It pays hommage to five more past hacks, memorable for good and bad reasons, with my own twists added of course.
Super Mario World Widescreen is an Improvement ROM hack/mod for Super Mario World (SNES) to use together with a specific emulator (bsnes-hd-beta) which makes Super Mario World work in widescreen, adapting the whole game engine to be able to work with widescreen and ultra-widescreen resolutions.
R-Ack (Pronounced "Are Ah-ck") is a "No Rules" collaboration similar to the Yumps and the VIPs where there is no level design standard. The title has a hidden meaning, referencing the abstract term "RomhACK" where anything goes so long as it's a romhack.
Featuring 35+ levels that totals to 50 exits. Set aside your expectations, as this hack is anything but normal. Actually, inside the chaos could be something normal? Who knows.
You control an entity known as "The Plumber" in search to find the good in the world of R-ACK. Your mission is to simply traverse the landscapes.
