The Sega Genesis one instead has the same background on all levels, and you need to collect Cheetah Icons from trees or ground areas, and battle snakes, bats, white rhino, hyena, scavenger, and more creatures as you try to get the Cheetah Icons. In level 1 you play as Hercules, then Apollo in level 2, and finally Aries in level 3. Finally, after those 3 levels, the game is beaten.

In the game player control Billy Bob. The goal of the game is to complete levels by dodging arrows, jumping over pits and climbing ledges. In the game, you can shoot by pressing the A button. Climbing the ledges, the player needs to guess the moment, as spears and bricks randomly fall from the ceiling.
Fuzzy must get to the land of Guru. He's got to avoid the walking brushes hair dryers, combs and other natural hair disasters, because if he losses all of his hair he's bald and the game is over.
Try to get cry baby back to his crip, but be careful to avoid open electric sockets, poisons, fire in the stove. There are things to help along the way such as cookies, lollipops, candy bars and pacifies. If the baby meets any bad guys trying to kidnap him he squeezes the bottle and shoots them.
