Typically when you ship a big game you get some time off to relax, take a step back and enjoy life.
Of course, I had to do something very silly with some of this time. So I did a remake of a BioShock level for… wait for it… Doom 2.
Inspired partly by TIGSource’s amazing Bootleg Demakes Competition, I used a modern Doom level editor called SLADE to recreate Arcadia and the Farmer’s Market, the sections of BioShock on which I was the primary designer. It’s a monster of a level, crammed full of weird little BioShock-to-Doom transmutations and symbolism.
Radirgy Noa (also written as Radirgynoa) is a vertically scrolling shoot 'em up that was released in June 2009 for the Sega Naomi arcade platform by Milestone Inc. and the sequel to Radirgy. It was later released on February 25, 2010, in Japan for the Wii under the name Radirgy Noa Wii, distributed by LUCKY Co. LTD. In Alyx mode one of the players is selected as Alyx, before everyone selects their character. While in Traitor Mode selecting the Traitor is always random, in Alyx Mod it's based on who has longest time since he or she was last Alyx. In short Alyx Mode is like Traitor Mode with the Traitor starting as Revealed with some additions to her abilities.
Alyx has a fixed set of weapons, she can't pick up or drop weapons (except grenades). She always spawns with the Gravity Gun, Alyx Gun, Shotgun, and the Emp Tool. The Gravity Gun can be used to disable Combine Generators. Alyx also regenerators ammo for the Alyx Gun.
