Doom: Barracks Zone (more commonly called DBZone) is a episode replacement by Tails, Mario and Howie, members of the DOOM Barracks clan and mapping team, primarily comprised of players from Taiwan and Hong Kong. It is meant for ZDoom-based source ports, and contains nine maps primarily aimed towards cooperative multiplayer, but fully playable in single player as well. Development of DBZone started in 2006, with the release of home.wad by Tails, which later evolved into the first map of the episode, DOOM City. The PWAD furthermore has several changes via DeHackEd and DECORATE: many of the vanilla enemies are made to attack or move faster, and a new weapon and monsters are also included.

Set in and around City 17, "The Citizen Part Two" contains the next three chapters of our citizen's story.
After the events of the previous two chapters, you find yourself rescued from the grave by rebels, among whom you are now a valuable asset. Taken to a makeshift field hospital, you recover in the hands of rebel medics. But the Combine are determined to crush the rebels out of existence, and the peace can't last long. You will face choices, and how you decide to proceed will ultimately dictate how the story plays out for you. Some choices are less obvious than others, and require you to take initiative where you otherwise might be distracted. One way or another, it's time to take back the city.
Part Two was originally going to be much longer, but was split in half during development. The first half was released as the current Part Two. Later in 2014, Part 2 and 3 were merged into a single part after the final release, and the ending was retconned.

At the heart of this expansion lie four distinct, brand-new multiplayer maps based on the Vietnam War. Each map brings a new gameplay experience and fresh visuals, with characteristics such as foxholes, tunnels and dense jungles from where the enemy can launch surprise attacks. Also, 15 classic Vietnam-era weapons and 6 vehicles are available from the moment you go online.
All four multiplayer game modes from Battlefield: Bad Company 2, including the genre-defining Conquest Mode, will be playable in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam. The expansion is integrated with the full game persistence, so no matter what theatre of war you participate in, you will continue to level up your soldier as usual.
