Years later the project is still proceeding but very slowly and you have been sent to a MoonBase for some unknown instructions that could be to do with the launch of a rocket and keep the colonisation project moving. As you are summoned to various meetings a bomb explodes and you find out that it from a terrorist group called the Mining Group who are trying to prevent the launch of the rocket.
