Side Pocket 3 is a Japan-exclusive pocket billiards video game for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. Like its predecessor, Side Pocket 2, it features the in-game likeness of a real-life professional pool player. In this case, it's JPBA member, Kyoko Sone.
Unlike the prior installments in the Side Pocket series, Side Pocket 3 renders the pool room environment with 3D polygons. In spite of this, the table can still be viewed in a traditional, top-down fashion.
Play modes consist of: story mode, training mode, trick game mode, and versus mode. Game variants include: eight ball, nine ball, rotation, 14.1 continuous, bowlliards, cutthroat, three ball, poker, pocket game, mitsudama, and yotsudama.
Tennis anyone? V-Tennis features texture-mapped polygon players and nine different camera views to give you the best look of the court.

Select from 16 players (eight males and eight females), four court surfaces, seven different court locations and nine different ball colors. Game modes include Doubles, Singles, and both Men's and Women's Tournaments. Matches can be adjusted from one to five sets and instant replay will let you see those aces in slow motion.

All-Star Baseball 97 brings to the plate several features that build upon 1996's Frank Thomas "Big Hurt" Baseball. Six different modes of play include Exhibition, Season, Playoffs, All-Star Game, Batting Practice, and Home Run Derby. Play-by-play announcing is provided by award winning Jon Miller of ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball, and "dynamic stadium sounds" have vendors hawking peanuts and Cracker Jack. Frank Thomas also assisted with motion-capturing player animations for realistic swings and throws.

Snowboard Championship is a 2D arcade snowboarding game on courses with gameplay similar to Zigurat's World Rally games. Using a side-scrolling bird's-eye view the snowboarder moves forward automatically and the player has to react quickly to turns and obstacles as signalled by arrows. There are three riders to choose from, representing Europe, Japan and USA, and several courses player either in the Beginner of the Championship mode.
Most of the focus is used on the steering, but a single button is used to run and get extra speed after slowing down, for instance after bumping into a board. The racing is always done alone, but each course consists of a qualifying run followed by a real race. To qualify, the course needs to be finished not exceeding the time limit. After completing a course it is possible to do the same course again or to move on to the next course. Next to regular races there are slower slalom races with smaller paths and more focus on steering. Some courses have optional elements such as loopings

It gained very high reviews, which considered it one of the most playable soccer video games on PlayStation at the time.
