The LCD version of OutRun is a watered-down version of the arcade game OutRun created by Tiger Electronics. Two versions were created - a handheld version, and a large tabletop unit, although the game itself is presumed to be identical.
OutRun is similar to several other LCD games on the market - you simply drive forward and try to avoid traffic. There is both a high and low gear, much like the arcade version.
The LCD version of Indy 500 is a watered-down version of the arcade game Indy 500 created by Tiger Electronics. It was released as part of the Pocket Arcade series in 1996. The following year it was re-released as Sega Raceway, presumably as the Indy 500 license had expired.
The LCD version of Hang-On is an handheld game developed by Handheld Ltd.. It was distributed by Epoch in 2006 as part of the EL-SPIRITS Retro series.

The handheld version of Daytona USA is an LCD game released by Tiger Electronics based on the arcade release of Daytona USA. It was released as part of Tiger's short-lived "Vrt-X" range, in which the game would be projected as a pseudo-hologram image onto the screen.
Daytona USA stands as the only Sega game to receive the Vrt-X treatment, although there were others for Street Fighter II, Mortal Kombat 3, franchises such as Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and Congo: The Movie. The range did not exist for very long.
Sonic Speedway is an LCD game created for distribution at McDonald's restaurants. They were offered as a part of Happy Meals for a limited time in 2003. There are two main buttons on the game which control left and right movement.
Sonic controls a F-1 racecar and must navigate through a race course filled with other drivers. There are three lanes that can be moved about with one lane always left open. The other lanes are occupied by other vehicles. For each row of vehicles avoided a point is added to the score. For every 30 points the level and speed increase with 4 levels total. If the player crashes 5 times in a single level the game ends.
Sonic R is a 1998 LCD game created by Tiger. The game features a directional pad which only has Left and Right and 2 buttons, "jump", and "run". There are also buttons for toggling the power and sound on/off and to display the score. Two AA batteries are required to play the game. This game is based off another game of the same name on Sega Saturn. The background of the game bears a resemblance to Resort Island, a level from the Saturn game.

The roster is mostly the same but Donkey Kong Jr. has been replaced with regular Donkey Kong and Koopa is replaced with Paratroopa.
