Do you have a crazy boss? Mine was simply mad! All I wanted is just to leave work on time so I can go out with my boyfriend, but as soon as he finds out, he ordered everyone else in the office to try and stop me! How insane! But I'm not afraid. I will make it out of the office on time, I wont be late for my date, no matter what! My plan is to ride on my office chair, so that i can slide through the office corridors at high speed. But who knows what my crazy boss will do to try and stop me? Luckily, some of my colleagues are on my side, they have placed some very useful gadgets on my escape path, and that's just gonna make my escape so much easier. The better upgrades of the gadgets will no doubt be at a higher prices. Considered by many to be the first fully electronic, first-person driving simulator, this was Dr. Reiner Forest's attempt at miniaturizing the racecar driving experience. It directly inspired Ted Michon's game Night Racer, which in turn led to him working with Midway to create 280 Zzzap around the same time. Meanwhile, Atari designer Dave Sheppard saw a screenshot of what was very likely Nürburgring 1 in a magazine; this led to the company's own iteration, the better-known Night Driver. The arcade cabinet has a black and white monitor, a steering wheel and two foot pedals for gas and brake. The screen is completely black with white rectangles representing roadside poles. A monitor overlay sticker displays the car hood and boxes at the bottom of the screen for the distance, speed and misses. Dirt 2 is quite different to the main version for the more powerful consoles and PC. It has its own selection of modes and, maybe most importantly, the trademark rallye roots of the series are completely gone. Because it was developed separately, there are also some other major gameplay differences regarding car handling, AI behaviour and available features (e.g. no rewind, no money mechanics during career mode and no tuning). The career mode is a linear selection of races (circuit or offroad). Besides unlocking the next events to participate in, proceeding through the courses also automatically unlocks various rewards like new cars, paintworks or difficulty options. The two other available modes are the action mode (single races, time races and championships) and the challenge mode with 20 challenges divided into five categories: air time (using ramps to accumulate air time), trailblazer (circuit races against time), gatecrasher (checkpoint races), powerslides (performing long slides) and last man standing.Colin McRae: Dirt

The mobile version of DiRT is a racing game played from a behind view. It contains a career mode as well as a rally world section which consists of quick races, challenges and exhibitions. The main part of the game is the career mode where the player if successful unlocks new cars to be used in the rally world section. The career mode involves completing tracks in successive order.
