The two main characters, Aro & Elmi, represent two types of toothpaste produced by Wybert, the company that commissioned this promotional game. The levels are split into "Gum World" and "Tooth World", as the two toothpaste types are specifically intended for intense gum and tooth care, respectively. Each of the characters has two objectives: collect food debris and destroy the harmful bacteria that run around the mouth by hurling droplets of toothpaste at them. This ammo is limited, but you can increase it if you find extra toothpaste tubes of matching colour. Also watch out for secrets and bonus tooth care gel tubes that can be found in levels, often in secret places. The game is made on a very professional level, with cartoon-like pre-rendered sprites for the characters and the bacteria that look like characters from a kids' TV show. Nirvana X-ROM is the companion game to the Italian SciFi film Nirvana directed by Gabriele Salvatores. It is set after the events of the film: VR game developer Jimi Dini has wiped the source code of his latest game Nirvana, thus releasing its protagonist Solo from his virtual prison. However, portions of the game still survive in Jimi's archives, creating a potential risk of Nirvana being re-assembled. The player is called upon to investigate Jimi's house and archives in search for the lingering game code and destroy it. The gameplay is a mixture of puzzle-solving and exploration viewed from the player's perspective. The location view can be freely rotated by moving the mouse and several objects are clickable, often giving access to secret rooms. The Virtual Squadron: Thunderbirds Past, Present and Future! is an unofficial add-on for Microsoft Flight Simulator 5.X. It gives the player all the aircraft flown by the US Thunderbirds air demonstration squadron at the time of its release, together with their USAF equivalents, and a host of bonus aircraft. At the time this add-on was released the F-22 Lightning was not in service as congressional funding was needed before it could go into production and be deployed, hence the 'Future' element in the title.
