Underworld: The Eternal War is based on the movie of the same name. The storyline revolves around the eternal war between the vampires and werewolves, and as the player, you can choose the side you're teaming with. You can either choose the movie's heroine Selene, or can be the "bad guy" Raze, who is a werewolf.
It's an all out slugfest as you take on to the battlefields where you must accomplish missions, were they about protecting someone, kill someone, get an item from somewhere, or just kill everyone. The action is the name of the game here and there are lots of it. Using different weapons, you smack the opposition to kingdom come. Many, many times. After that, it's more smacking. And then some.
This game is the first compilation to be released as part of the Sega Ages 2500 series.
It contains both an upgrade of the original 1990 arcade release of Bonanza Bros. and an updated version of Puzzle & Action: Tant-R, first seen in 1992.
Bonanza Bros. is almost identical to the original, bar a few small cosmetic changes, whereas Tant-R has received higher definition graphics and several minigames from its sequel, Puzzle & Action: Ichidant-R.

World Fighting is a 3D versus fighting game offering several diffrent fighting styles from around the world. Thai boxing meets kung fu meets karate meets wrestling in four different "fighting arenas" actually being regular boxing rings with varying colours. Ten different fighters with individual and unique characteristics can be selected for a versus match against a friend, the tournament or a survival match. There also exists a training mode to exercise techniques and moves before entering true fights.

The games were released out of order for some reason — this one was released a few weeks before Volume 6, unless Sega, 3D-Ages, and SCEJ all accidentally switched the dates on both their websites.
This game include an "original mode" (which is practically identical to the arcade release) and an updated mode, sporting pre-rendered 2D graphics and various visual and audio upgrades. There is also a versus mode where you can play against the computer, otherwise it is not too dissimilar from the original version.
Train Simulator + Densha de GO!: Tokyo Kyuukou-hen is an train driving simulation game. It is a crossover between Ongakukan's Train SImulator series and Taito's Densha de GO! series. It uses full-motion video from the train driver's perspective and features two gameplay modes, with the display, controls, and gameplay mechanics of either series. It features three routes from the Tokyo Express Electric Railway (better known as Tokyu): the Toyoko Line, the Den-en-toshi Line, and the Oimachi Line.
"Space Channel 5 Special Edition" actually contains two games. The first is "Space Channel 5", and the second is "Space Channel 5 Part 2". This is the first NA release of the latter game.
