Beatmania Append 4thMix: The Beat Goes On was released by KCEJ on September 9th, 1999. This is is the countpart version of the arcade game beatmania 4thMIX.
It has a total of 30 songs, 23 from beatmania 4thMIX and 7 from 3rdMIX and completeMIX.
Since this is an Append release, it needs another beatmania title to act as a key disc to boot the game.
First beatmania APPEND game that uses its own independent memory card slot for save data. Previous beatmania APPEND games, as well as all BONUS EDIT games, use the same memory card slot as beatmania CS / beatmania APPEND YebisuMIX; only one of the aforementioned games can share that slot.
Kids Station: Lego no Sekai is a Japan-exclusive educational game that uses an animal world made of Lego pieces to teach young kids about numbers, letters, shapes and other intellectual training mini games. Misa no Mahou Monogatari - Heartful Memories tells the story of a creature that got the mission from the queen of a magic world called Firimu, of travel to the human world and find a young girl to train her and make her become a tarot magician and that way she will be the champion that will defeat the evil powers that wants to conquer the human and the magical worlds. The game's story takes place in that high school and lasts for four years of training (in a Japanese high school from third grade to sixth), the main character of the game is Misa and during that time period she will have to train her abilities, meet different people and classmates, and face enemies in the human world. The gameplay is a mix between an adventure game and a simulation game, the player character will got better or worse stats depending of the training done each week, and her relations with other characters will also be different depending of the choices in the conversations.

Taiho Shichau zo is a police-themed adventure base on the manga and anime with the same title. The player takes on a role of a 24-year old rookie police officer who just graduated. The game starts with you coming to your new place at work, and the moment you arrive, a small incident occurs and you get misunderstood for a thief. After situation gets resolved, you get introduced into your new place of work and meet your colleagues, among others the two heroines from manga and anime TV series, Natsumi Tsujimoto and Miyuki Kobayakawa. The game consists of two gameplay elements. Adventure mode which resembles a typical visual novel style with fully voiced dialogues for all but the main character, and animated portraits of characters currently speaking, as well as action choices during dialogues.
