Alien Reign is a cancelled sci-fi real time strategy game in development by SquareSoft USA (Redmond) in late 1995 / early 1996. While the project was still in early concept phase when it was canned and no console was decided yet, by looking at the partnership between Squaresoft and Sony in 1996 we can speculate that if only completed Alien Reign could have been released on the original Playstation, and maybe on PC.
Crazy Hit is a game produced by U.F.O. Soft that was released together with Crazy Hit 2 (known as the Playstation Pokémon for using unlicensed art from the franchise) and a special controller to play both.
It is currently not possible to find the game or recordings of it available, so the only image of it available is the one on the back of the set's box. From the box art and the description on it (in addition to the use of the controller), it is possible to deduce that it shares the same gameplay as Crazy Hit 2 (a whack-a-mole like game), but without the use of Pokémon.
In Crazy Hit 2 it is possible to see on the initial screen that the game was made by Poho and Majorros, however without the file for this game, it is uncertain to say that this game was also produced by both developers.
Crazy Hit 2 is an unlicensed Whack-A-Mole style game for the PlayStation featuring Pokémon characters.
The game originally came with a pop'n music-style peripheral called Crazy Hit, manufactured by U.F.O. Soft (who also created the Photo Hunter games), as the game was intended for use with the peripheral (the peripheral also came with two discs specially designed for it; Crazy Hit 1, the other disc, is currently undumped); however, the game could also be played with a normal controller. Possibly due to the branding, Pokémon Crazy Hit 2 were later independently released by bootleggers separately from the peripheral.
Due to the homebrew nature of the game, the title is very small by PlayStation standards, weighing at just 5 MB.
