The game is a normal Point & Click adventure where you've to find items with which you can solve the riddles in the game and talk to various characters (some already known to the readers of the comic). But since Mortadelo and Filemón are a team, you can always switch between both characters. Everyone has different abilities. For example Mortadelo can disguise himself to distract someone while Filemón steals an item from the person.
As a feature, never seen in an adventure before, there's also a multiplayer-mode available where one person takes control over Mortadelo and the other over Filemón.
