During the '90s, South Korea was home to many PC games that elsewhere would have appeared on consoles. Still Hunt is such a case, a classical run 'n gun very much inspired by Treasure's Mega Drive games, particularly Gunstar Heroes.
Released in Disc Station Vol 13, Arle's Travel Log is a text-adventure game where Arle is confronted by Satan on her way to magic school, who wants Carbuncle back. The three battling together accidentally cause them to be sent back in time, with Arle and Carbuncle looking for a way to return to the present. The gameplay consists of exploration similar to the Madou Monogatari series, along with elements of an adventure game. Arle can talk to characters she meets or can click on various items to progress the plot. Battles can also occur in-game, and are fought by using a click-and-point system. The game casts various Madou Monogatari and Disc Station characters as Japanese historical figures.
Q!Zone is an authorized collection of maps for Quake by WizardWorks. It was released in 1996. It would later be bundled with both the original Quake and the Malice total conversion in the form of the Resurrection Pack for Quake compilation, distributed by GT Interactive in 1998.
The new campaign is simply a collection of 26 new single-player levels sprawled over three new episodes, plus a series of deathmatch/capture the flag maps.
The Troopers' Playground is a single-player episode replacement for Doom II. It was created by Matthias Worch and uploaded to the idgames archive on March 29, 1996. The Trooper's Playground contains nine regular levels in TTP.WAD, one bonus level in TTPBONUS.WAD, and two deathmatch-only maps in TTPDEATH.WAD. The episode features a custom status bar and new textures.
Icarus: Alien Vanguard (ICARUS.WAD) is a 32-level megawad released in 1996 by TeamTNT. It was developed as the collective's first freeware release, after TNT: Evilution was picked up for publishing by id Software for what would become Final Doom. The first level sees the player commandeering a shuttle and flying it to the infested exploration cruiser, the Icarus. From there, the player must fight through the ship, regions of the neighboring planet, and unsafe simulations to cleanse the demonic threat. A sequel, Daedalus: Alien Defense, was released in 2003.

One can play historical missions, hypothetical encounters or the career based campaign game. There are 9 patrol zones,from the Solomons to the Sea of Japan, and many coastal cities, ports and harbors to sneak into on either recon missions or to just sink ships tied up in port. As commander you may receive medals or commendations after especially successful or hazardous missions. Compare your tonnage and kill scores to those of actual commanders of the period and see if you can match up to the best.
The game simulates the Fairchild-Republic A-10A Thunderbolt II, a very powerful anti-tank aircraft developed for the US Air Force in the 1970s. There are 10 weapons, a lot of friendly and enemy aircraft, and ground vehicles available in the 24 flown missions.
Based on the book by Kevin Henkes, Sheila Rae, the Brave is the eleventh Living Book and released on February 27, 1996. It was the last title in the series to use the old 512 x 384 resolution. The story is about how Sheila Rae isn't afraid of anything, unlike her sister Louise, who is frightened of anything her sister does. This is, once again, one of the rarest titles due to being out of print for a long time, and is very hard to come across.
This is a nine-level WAD file with new graphics, music, and sound FX. The levels are very detailed, and are designed to mimic the "style" of the original shareware Doom.
