Stratum is a 2D platformer, a trekking game that is based a lot on the dialogue between 2 entities and boss fighting in a universe parallel to ours. Everything in Stratum takes place in the first century AD, in a world that wraps our own universe, called The Stratum. The story is unconventional, it plays down a lot of the mysticism of Hell or Heaven and it gives it a more rational view while keeping the fantastic in it.

The story goes as such, in the year 6225 B.C. on the far flung, sand covered planet of Tawy, a high-tech civil war is taking place. Over many generations two opposing Houses have formed, House Horus and the evil House Set, both completely determined to annihilate the other. As an elite warrior of the Horus empire, you are commanded by God Horus to pilot the Sandships of the gods to destroy your evil enemies or die trying!
You are Boon, a military pilot, who lives together with Emily in a house somewhere in the USA. Your brother Steven disappeared during a thunderstorm when he was on a military mission. When you get a telepathic message from him, you travel to Dreamland (Area 51) in Nevada. Fleeing from the military forces you find yourself inside a huge hall with a flying saucer at the center.
The game starts when you enter the UFO and lift off. The game leads through 22 terrestrial and extra-terrestrial missions, where you have to fight the military as well as an alien race called the "Cyners". These tentacle creatures hunt the greys (the friendly aliens) and want to destroy the earth. Your mission is to stop them.

Project Offset was a first-person adventure roleplaying game set in an epic fantasy world. The player would choose from 5 different classes, which would change the story, and intertwine with one another.
Project Offset was one of the best looking games for its time. With features like Real-Time Ambient Occlusion, Real-Time Shadows, Cinematic Quality Motion Blur, Depth of Field, Specular Bloom, and Soft Particles, the Offset Engine had more special effects than most other engines currently on the market. The Self-Shadow Technique would later be used by Unreal Engine 3 and CryEngine 2.
Intel (having acquired Offset Software in 2008) canceled the game in mid-2010, stating that the reason was "recent changes in our product roadmap". Which was believed to be connected to the failure of Larrabee as a consumer product.
