Shanghai II, not to be confused with Shanghai II: Dragon's Eye on the Sega Mega Drive, is a Sega Game Gear game. They are both sequels to Shanghai. Shanghai II is a variant of the puzzle game also known as solitaire mahjong. 144 mahjong tiles are arranged in rows and stacked upon each other in various patterns; the player's goal is to remove pairs of matching tiles that do not have adjacent tiles from both sides until the whole board is clear. This variant features six patterns named after animals: tiger, scorpion, monkey, snake, panther, and dragon. The player can choose to display hints or reverse any amount of moves. A mode with a time limit is available as well.
The game is a sequel to Pro Yakyuu GG League, sharing many of the features and graphics. Now the number of game modes are narrowed down to an Open Mode, Versus Mode and Tournament Mode and no team editing, just Players Data. There are also new teams for its time, voice samples, auto play, different view perspectives and four different stadiums to play in.

Tengen developed a Sega Game Gear port, thought to be set for release around 1993. It was featured in some gaming magazines, as well as Summer CES 1993, but was quietly cancelled with no explanation. A prototype has since been found and dumped. No other home versions Off the Wall were ever released (a PC Engine version was planned before also being cancelled), though a similar (but unrelated) Atari 2600 game was released in 1989 by Atari Corporation.

A Game Gear port of Chankan: The Forever Man for the Sega Megadrive/Genesis.
The game featured an uncommonly dark premise for the time of its release, which saw the home console market flooded with licensed platformers based on family-friendly media.
It is based upon a comic book by Robert A. Kraus and was produced by Ed Annunziata, who met Chakan's creator at a convention and was impressed.

Pac-Man makes a rare appearance outside of a maze environment in Pac-Attack, a fun and quirky puzzle game. This unique entry in the genre puts its own twist on established conventions and adds one of gaming's most iconic characters to the mix. Super Momotaro Dentetsu III was the first (and only) game in the series to be released on a Sega console: it saw a Sega Game Gear port in 1995. It's the fourth game in Hudson's Momotaro Dentetsu series of train simulation board games. It plays similarly to Itadaki Street or Monopoly in that the player has to accrue wealth by purchasing properties and making other business deals that are often dependent on the square they end their turn on. The Momotaro Dentetsu model received a multitude of small tweaks and additions in this fourth entry but otherwise plays identically to its predecessors.
