Blue Sphere Plus is a Sonic & Knuckles hack. It is based on the Blue Sphere Standalone ROM, with new features, such as: - Pressing B or C now cycles between Sonic + Tails (blue + orange bumpers), Sonic alone (both blue), Tails (both orange), Knuckles + Tails (red + orange bumpers), and Knuckles (both red). - SRAM support to remember the character you last selected, and the last level completed. - If holding A while pressing Start to start a stage, the player starts all stages from then on at top speed (not saved between sessions). - You can now press Start at the first screen to reach the menu, instead of holding A + B + C. - Select "SONIC 3K" on the first menu, and you will play through all 16 of Sonic 3 & Knuckles' Special Stages in order, including the 2 "secret" ones. Saving and code entry are disabled while this mode is active, and the game will reset upon completion of the last stage. - Can Lock-On to other ROMs, including the Sonic games that would normally enable special modes when locked-on to Sonic & KnuShadow the Hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog

Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog brings the Ultimate Lifeform to South Island to put a stop to Dr. Robotnik's Evil Plans! He must skate across 7 perilous zones to free the animals he's trapped in his robots and collect the 6 Chaos Emeralds! Shadow's journey however isn't the same as that blue rodent, as he has the ability to use rings to fuel his rocket shoes for a boost! However the shoes use 5 Rings per boost so use them wisely! Shadow also brings the Light Speed Dash to the table working just like how it did back when he was the talk of the town! Simply hit A near a trail of rings to dash through them at light speed! Super Sonic in Sonic 3D is a hack of Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island made by Sik. This hack allows the player to turn into Super Sonic in said game after collecting all seven Chaos Emeralds, mimicking its prequels Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Sonic & Knuckles. The rules are borrowed from the latter two games, so the player must double jump to transform and also must not have a shield in that moment, besides the basic requirements (having all emeralds and 50 rings). All of Super Sonic's behaviour is implemented: a custom palette, a transformation pose with a fading palette, invincibility (with stars), speed shoes and a music change upon transformation. Rings drain while transformed as well. Super Sonic can still be killed by getting crushed by some falling platforms, however, so he isn't completely immune to death. Sonic 2 Retro Remix is a large-scale ROM hack of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Sega Mega Drive, created by Thorn and DNXDelta. The goal of the project is to create a 2D Sonic the Hedgehog game that requires exploration to progress, as well as the requisite platforming and sheer speed. A mission system akin to those of the 3D Super Mario games is implemented as the means of progressing from one level to the next. Missions involve earning Chaos Emeralds in scavenger hunts, boss battles, speed runs and score attacks; most require learning each level's ins and outs, instead of just finding the easiest way to the goal.
