An overhaul of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade, Project Ember looks to tweak and alter various mechanics of Fire Emblem 6 to create a unique and different experience from the original title. Ranging from unit rebalancing from their bases to growths, to giving various units preferred weapons, altering the promotion of the main protagonist Roy, adjusting how archers work, altering the story in slight ways, as well as altering various details in the maps. Project Ember furthermore adds a new Maniac difficulty to push the various mechanical changes the game enforces to their limits.

Puzzle League (also known as Panel de Pon Multiboot) has been released with several Panel de Pon games. It was first released on February 7, 2003 in the Nintendo Puzzle Collection alongside Panel de Pon (GCN). This game would later get released internationally in English under the localized Puzzle League name in the GBA compilation Dr. Mario & Puzzle League alongside Dr. Mario.
This the only Panel de Pon fairy aesthetic game to be officially translated in English (Since Panel de Pon (SFC) was not translated in the Nintendo Switch Online release as it simply reuses the Japanese ROM), albeit with it's title screen replaced. The game features Pupuri, the Flower Fairy Mascot who makes an appearance in both this game and Panel de Pon (Nintendo Puzzle Collection).
BS Fire Emblem: Archanea Saga is a mod of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones which recreates the story and gameplay of BS Fire Emblem: Archanea Senki Hen, a Japan only Satellaview game which can't be played in its original state anymore.
F-Zero: Falcon Densetsu e+ is the expansion series of e-Cards released as expansion for F-Zero: GP Legend (F-Zero: Falcon Densetsu) only in Japan. The cards could unlock machines, extra courses or challenges (staff ghosts).
This is a hack that replaces Soma Cruz with Genya Arikado from Aria of Sorrow. There are a number of other changes as well, such as elements from symphony of the night being carried over like the following:
The Alastor Soul has been replaced with the fully leveled Sword Familiar
The Imp Soul has been replaced with the Devil Familiar
The Flying Armor Soul has been replaced with the Faerie Familiar

The Final Guard Soul has been replaced with the Alucard Shield

Mother 3: Claus’s Journey, is a hack that switches the roles of main characters Lucas and Claus, making Claus into the main protagonist, which greatly changes the story due to Claus’s drastically different personality compared to Lucas. Much of the text and story is altered to better showcase Claus’s personality and thoughts, as well as how others react to him.
F-Zero GP Legend e+ Complete is a mod which adds the e+ content of the game to the base game, without the need to have the e-Reader and all of the needed cards.
This is a hack of Aria of Sorrow that changes most part of the map, and the aim is to give completely new experience to players.
Changes
Most of the map redone. Some new puzzles added. Added a new area like Nest of Evil in PoR.
Some of the weapons, armors and accessories are changed. Example: Valmanway and Excarlibur.
Changed some items. Example: Mina’s Charm, work like magic ticket and can be used without consuming it. Talk to Mina to acquire this.
Most of souls are slightly easier to acquire.
Bug fixes to original game, including shop giltch and death warp.
Soma’s status are changed. Julius is greatly strengthened. The aim is that Julius is super and can be used very easily.
Pokémon Emerald Kaizo is a super-hard mode romhack of Pokémon Emerald and the official sequel of Pokemon Blue Kaizo & Pokemon Crystal Kaizo . These titles were inspired by Kaizo Mario World, though the game's difficulty was inspired by Drayano60's Firered Omega, as well as Pokémon Stadium.
Famicom Mini: Dai-2-ji Super Robot Taisen is the Game Boy Advance port of the Famicom game 2nd Super Robot Wars (Dai-2-ji Super Robot Taisen). It was released as a bonus for people who purchased the Nintendo GameCube game Super Robot Wars Hyper Robot Warriors GC-CV. Only 2000 copies were printed.
Famicom Mini: Kidou Senshi Z Gundam - Hot Scramble is a e-Reader port of the NES game Mobile Suit Z Gundam: Hot Scramble, being the sole release in the Famicom Mini Extra Series, as a raffle prize to people who purchased Kidou Senshi Gundam: Senshitachi No Kiseki on the Gamecube. Only 2000 copies were printed.

This version contains both parts of the game (Zenpen and Kouhen), so the player wouldn't need to change disks like the original Famicom Disk System release.
