Garou: Mark of the Wolves, known as Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves on U.S. Dreamcast, is a 1999 fighting game produced by SNK, originally for the Neo Geo system.
It is the ninth and final game in the Fatal Fury series, set ten years after the death of Geese Howard in Real Bout Fatal Fury. With the exception of Terry Bogard, the game is comprised of an entirely new cast of characters. Many of these characters reference older characters however.
Bleemcast!, also known as Bleem! for Dreamcast, is an unlicensed commercial emulator developed and published by Bleem! for use with the Sega Dreamcast. By taking advantage of loopholes within the Dreamcast's Mil-CD format, Bleemcast! software allows the system to run select PlayStation games, often with enhanced graphics. Each Bleemcast! disc is intended for a single PlayStation game only, and is utilized by first booting the Dreamcast with the Bleemcast! disc, and then later swapping in the PlayStation game at a specific time.
While running under Bleemcast!, PlayStation games adopt anti-aliasing and bilinear filtering, as well as an increased resolution of 640x480 (double the PlayStation's 320x240). All released Bleemcast! games require a dedicated VMU to play and save progress, while also supporting the Jump Pack for vibration.

Candy Stripe: Minarai Tenshi is an dating sim adventure game for the Sega Dreamcast. The game takes place in the fictional Holy Angels Hospital. The player is a medical intern, and the game's objective is to establish personal relationships with one of three incoming nurses over a one-year period.
D+Vine[Luv] (pronounced Divine Love) is a typical J-RPG, using a top-down perspective with a slightly isometric representation, which also utilizes visual novel segments for adventure elements. The player takes control of Hyde, an adventurous lad who has a knack for exploring dungeons in search of relics from the old world. One day, he arrives at the town called Arvil where he hears a rumor about a nearby unexplored cave. He heads there determined to find new relics, not minding the fact that noone's been there in ages and the place is probably infested with monsters. To his surprise, he doesn't discover and relic or a treasure, but instead, a mysterious girl named Yura. She has apparently lost her memory and can't remember anything but her name. Unlike the original PC (Windows) version released almost two years earlier, the Dreamcast port does not feature any adult content.
De La Jet Set Radio is a re-release of Jet Set Radio in Japan with the changes and additions made in the NTSC and PAL release. The biggest additions being the two extra levels, two extra characters and music from those releases.
El Dorado Gate is console gaming's first serial RPG series, where each Dreamcast GD-ROM contains 3 seperate (though interrelated) adventures, each telling a story of one of the series' 12 characters. There's 7 volumes in all, the first few introducing the characters whilst the later volumes flesh out how their stories are related, leading to the finale.

Ooga Booga takes place on a set of mystical islands in the tropics. Named after the Volcano Goddess, the Ooga Booga Island rises from the sea once every full moon and during this time, four tribes compete in a series of games. You take control of the witch doctor of your tribe where competing in various strategic games will power up your Island magic (called Mojo) thus appeasing Ooga Booga and sparing your tribe from her volcano wrath. Online matches have several modes of play including Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, Tiki Wars, Domination, and Deathmatch.
A Turn-Based Strategy RPG based on the anime series Run=Dim, set in a dystopian future where 1/10th of Japan has sunk due to global warming and an evil military organization named "JESAS" has set it's sight on controlling the future of Japan with mechas. Being the second game in the series (the first being "The Mech Smith Run=Dim" for the PlayStation 2) developed by Idea Factory.
Super Robot Taisen Alpha for Dreamcast is a strategy simlulation game for Dreamcast, released on 2001. The game is an extended port of Super Robot Taisen Alpha with changes in the system, including an overall 3D transition, more titles in the game, and the ability to use coalescing attacks.
Neon Genesis Evangelion: Typing Hokan Keikaku, is a game for the Sega Dreamcast which uses the Dreamcast Keyboard. Its gameplay resembles the likes of The Typing of the Dead.
