Tetris for Wonderswan Color is the first Tetris Guideline compatible game in Japan. Tetris is one of the great many versions of the famous soviet block-stacking game. Pieces made up of four blocks (dubbed "tetriminoes") fall into a 10x20 square well, and must be arranged into complete lines, which then vanish and clear more space on the board. As lines are cleared, the game speed increases until either the tetriminoes reach the top of the well or the player completes the goal for the current mode.
Kinnikuman Nisei: Dream Tag Match is a wrestling game based in the manga/anime series of the same name. It features the cast of Kinnikuman Nisei (known in the West as "Kinnikuman: Second Generations") in a battle to victory. The main story follows Kid Muscle, the prince of Muscle Planet and son of King Muscle (the early protagonist of the series), who fought for peace and justice in the Universe. Kid has now been chosen as King Muscle's predecessor in wrestling history, and must now defeat every opponent that comes his way, stopping total domination by the Demon Manufacturing Plant, an evil wrestling league which wants to take control of the universe, and the loss of his fanbase, which includes the love of his life, Roxanne.

A port of Final Fantasy IV for WonderSwan Color released only in Japan. It is largely based on the PlayStation port while lacking its FMVs and having a decreased screen resolution, and down-sampled music and sound effects to meet the specifications of the device.
The WonderSwan Color port introduces a number of graphical enhancements to character sprites and backgrounds by providing additional details and color shading. The original character portraits were replaced with new, smaller portraits. Also, certain boss sprites were changed to those featured in the Japanese Easy Type version of the Super Famicom game.
The game features a revamped difficulty different from both the original and the Easy Type versions.

In the game, the player chooses one of the Straw Hat Pirates and fights other members of the crew in the board game. The main goal is for the player to find the treasure or special item before his opponent does. Each player will run around the board fighting against other pirates. The members of the crew the player did not choose as his or her character will also be running around along with other enemies who the crew has to fight.

M-KAI released Judgement Silversword as a freeware demo on his personal website in 2001. The retail version was released by Qute on February 2, 2004 with the subtitle Rebirth Edition
