Dragon Drive: D-Masters Shot is a third-person shooter video game released in 2003 by Treasure Co. Ltd. The game is based on the Dragon Drive series and was only released in Japan.
Gameplay[edit]
Dragon Drive was an aerial combat game, set primarily in large, outdoor arenas where players had to face several waves of enemies. With multi-directional dash and lock on abilities, the game has sometimes drawn comparisons to the Zone of the Enders series.
The game also has a handful of rail shooter levels, drawing frequent comparisons to Sega's Panzer Dragoon series, but these comprise only a very small portion of the game.
Vesuvius is a single MBF21-compatible map created in commemoration of @AD_79's birthday, based heavily upon the work they did in 2015's "Violence". Many resources from that project have been lifted wholesale, or slightly tweaked for taste. Included is a new palette by Fuzzball, music by Jimmy and AD_79, and a surprise new enemy. A sprawling reactor base featuring over 1200 monsters, all in tightly-wound and highly-calibrated setpiece encounters, along with some nasty incidental traps along the way.
Rendezvous Delano is a SHMUP-style game for the Nintendo DS with several Metroid elements, including specific enemies, weapons, upgrades as well as the ability to explore various alternate routes through each of the several revisitable areas.
Set in a parallel world, REC presents a thought-provoking narrative where Ukraine is universally recognized as a force for good and is heavily supported with advanced weaponry. The story begins with a Russian soldier who uncovers a secret plan designed to ignite a nuclear war, only to be killed immediately after his discovery. Players take on the role of a soldier, viewed through a bodycam, tasked with eliminating enemies in hyper-realistic environments. As you progress, you’ll uncover clues and traces leading to the deeper truth about this alternate reality in Ukraine.

The Genesis version has a number of differences: "realistic" sprite work (compared to the "cute" style of the original), brand new music, a reworking of the secondary weapon system, the removal of the autofire powerup, and new stage sections, among other things. Hot-B's original design for the game was better realized on the Genesis, as Taito requested a more comical style of game for the original release.
