Demonstar is an 1997 Indie vertical scrolling shooter shareware computer game was designed and developed by Mountain King Studios, Inc. and published by ionos, inc. in 1997. It is was the first original DemonStar series of top down vertical scrolling shooter computer game. The version was also 3D parallax air and ground was published ionos, inc. The game shares many similarities with the Raiden series. DemonStar features various power-ups, including smart bombs and other power-ups which modify the types of projectiles that the player's ship fires.
The full version of the game features 18 levels. At the end of each level is a boss ship that the player must destroy.
DemonStar was very successful in the shareware computer game, despite Mountain King Studios initially addition to the original game, two additional titles have been released: DemonStar Secret Mission 1 and DemonStar Secret Mission 2.

Catacomb 3-D is the third in the Catacomb series of video games, and the first of these games to feature 3D computer graphics. In 2010, the Advanced Ideas Corporation (AI Corp) has discovered the remains of a crashed alien ship. The technological ability of this race (and the race itself) were far superior to what the Humans had. A few days after this discovery, the mothership of the alien race began to attack Earth, without provocation. The aliens quickly subdued the superpowers of the Earth and held them down under their mighty technological power.
Earth geneticists studied the remains of the aliens retrived from the crashed ship discovered that the invaders were all cybernetically-enhanced creatures and that under such conditions there was no way that Earth could retaliate sufficiently to destroy these organisms. So, the AI Corp brought forth the Enhanced Combat Scouts (ECS) project. They developed a prototype and gave it the code name "Havoc". Havoc's mission is to disrupt and destroy the communication lines between the alien forces and their commander. He is Earth's last hope.

As a member of the Governments "Elite Force", trained to take out terrorists when the talking stops, you must enter one of the towers through its maintenance area, which can be accessed through the sewers.
OBC has 40 levels with the first 5 taking place in the sewers where the player, strangely, fights off giant rats and mutants the manual calls Sludge Minions before they enter the first tower to take on the terrorists.
The weapons available to the player include a shotgun with infinite ammo, an Uzi, Galil, Flame Thrower and Grenade Launcher (though it functions like a Rocket Launcher).
The aim of each level in OBC is to kill a certain number of terrorists on a map before using one of several elevators or stairs to go up to the next floor.
