MAYhem 2048, also known as MAYhem 2014, is a Doom II megawad for Boom compatible source ports, created by members of the Doomworld forums, and led by TheMionicDonut. It is the third installment in the MAYhem series. As with previous editions, the project aim was to create as many maps as possible within the month of May. In this edition, in the spirit of Claustrophobia 1024 and similar such projects, the maps were confined to a 2048x2048 playing space, in reference to the then largely popular video game 2048.

Push is a Last Man Standing gameplay modification replicating exactly that. In Push, your goal is simple: Knock enemies off onto instant-death floors, and stay on the arena as long as possible. Gameplay emphasizes skill and quick reflexes above all else. Get accurate and knock enemies off into pits. Figure out how to survive being thrown into the abyss. Think fast and act faster, and you just might be the last one standing.
You're given absolute minimal equipment so you can focus on strategy. Laser guns that do no damage but have extremely high knockback, Primary fire shoots a laser that doesn't do a lot of push, but is very accurate and very, very fast. Secondary fire lobs an energy grenade that has short range and arcs downward, but has massive amounts of knockback and can rocketjump like nothing else. Gauntlets that
Five maps, loosely Mayan in setting, with an assortment of DeHacked changes to alter monster behavior and a few other things. Notably, some monsters and projectiles are faster than their vanilla counterparts. If you typically play maps on UV, I would definitely recommend HMP for your first playthrough to avoid any potential frustration. Similarly, if you usually play on HMP by default, dropping the difficulty down to HNTR would probably be a good idea. UV is certainly doable on a first playthrough though, if you fancy yourself a challenge.
MBF-compatible port is needed for play. (G)ZDoom recommended, but also designed to work in PrBoom+ at complevel 11.
