Battleground Z is an action game developed by Good-Feel. The game tasks players with battling against hordes of zombies in order to clear each level's objective. Miis that are encountered via StreetPass can be found across each level, each carrying a unique weapon such as a Wii Remote, a bowling ball, and a paintbrush, which each have a limited number of chargeable special attacks. Players receive these weapons by encountering each Mii, with some Miis offering to team up and fight alongside the player. If the player takes too much damage, they will lose their current weapon, and the level ends if the player loses all of their weapons or fail the main objective (the player has three chances to attempt each level per session). Clearing various criteria, such as beating a level within a time limit, earns medals, with additional levels unlocked after obtaining enough medals.
Samurai Warriors 4-II is a hack and slash game and the enhanced version of the original Samurai Warriors 4. It is described as neither a continuation nor an Xtreme Legends expansion like previous games; instead, it provides a "different" focus of the same game. Players choose a character as their protagonist for a selected scenario, which has a different progression depending on the character selected. Dream Castle Mode, first introduced in Samurai Warriors: Chronicles 3 is also present in the game. The game adds one new character, Naomasa Ii, to the character roster.
Marvel First Alliance 2 is a beat 'em up where you can choose between tons of famous characters from the Marvel universe to lead a fight against the forces of evil led by Red Skull, who is trying to take over the world.
Marvel First Alliance 2 has four different playing modes. In all, you can visit eight different zones divided into more than twenty levels packed full of enemies, including some special bosses.
Onechanbara Z2: Chaos is a hack-and-slash game developed by Tamsoft and is part of the zombie slasher series Onechanbara. Compared to the earlier Onechanbara games, Onechanbara Z2: Chaos is faster paced. Aya, Kagura, Saya, and Saki fight alongside each other in the game. You can switch between characters on the fly and set up two character combos called Cross Merge Combinations. All of the girls can temporarily transform by triggering a Dear Drive and to finally execute enemies you do a series of swipes using the PS4′s touch panel.
Samurai Warriors 4 is a hack and slash game, and sequel to Samurai Warriors 3. The game was made to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the series. The game features a character-switching feature, similar to the spin-off, Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, with which players can take two characters into battles simultaneously, and freely switch between the two. Two new moves, "Hyper Attacks" and "Rage Mode" are featured in this game: Hyper Attacks is a secondary moveset available to all characters that allows the player to sweep through and clear out crowd of enemies with a dashing animation, although it is useless against enemy officers, as they will either deflect it or are otherwise immune against it. Rage Mode renders the player invincible for a period of time, and also enhances the player's attacks as well as empowering their Musou attack by using the Spirit Gauge.
