Two lakes to fish in and only a limited set of lures is available, such as shallow runners, spinner baits, pencil baits, plastic frogs even real life worms. The casting is an overhead view with two meters. One is for the direction, but the view for the lure is a side view where the shadow of the fish can be seen as it approaches. It also shows how deep the lure is and how much line is left before it is reeled in. There are four fish in the game to fish for - trout, pike, catfish and of course the game's namesake, the black bass.
Football International is a top-down soccer game with eight national teams to choose from. The player can either participate in an exhibition match or in a knockout championship. Other options which can be set is the time a half-time lasts and if the own team uses a more defensive or offensive lineup. The game itself consists of the usual dribbling, passing and shooting. Normally the camera closely follows the ball carrier, but when a wide shot is performed it zooms out and shows the whole playfield.

It's two games in one -- play either baseball or football in this game headlined by Bo Jackson. In baseball, you can participate in all the major parts of the ballgame, such as pitching, hitting, and fielding. The field is displayed in 3D using an engine called "3-D Sensation." In football, the field is displayed as an overhead view in 2D with tiny players running around -- a sharp contrast to the graphic style of the baseball portion of the game. The football game allows you to design your own plays and watch them with instant replay.
Compared to many sports-related Nintendo games of this era, Double Dribble resembled its sport with surprising accuracy. However, there were several quirks in the programming that are noteworthy, if only for their contribution to the overall experience of playing Double Dribble. The game clock, as in most early timed video games, was accelerated (far faster than real-time). In the third-quarter, third is abbreviated as "3rt."

Red Card 2003 is Midway's soccer title in its extreme sports series. The gameplay is comparable to NFL Blitz or NHL Hitz.
Players choose from one of 32 international teams and duke it out in the most realistic of Midway's 2003 extreme sports games. This game features full size teams and plays much like a real soccer title until you dropkick one of your opponents to the ground. It doesn't go all out like most of Midway's hard-hitting games, but it definitely stands closer to Midway's extreme sports games than a traditional simulation.
