NoMaKo is an omorashi RPG. If the term “omorashi” is alien to you, then this probably isn’t your type of game! It’s usual turn based RPG action with adventures to be had, dungeons to be travelled through, and many puzzles to solve. All while drinking to recover HP and MP and having to deal with the bladder need of the characters who are animated with progressively more desperate squirming. If this need isn’t handled, well… laundry can be done at any inn! Design is intended to not be frustrating: running is always successful, no missing, KO’d party members still receive EXP, etc!
A unique feature compared to other RPGs of this type is the ability for characters to learn to push themselves further with holding. After an accident or using the toilet when beyond their limit, the character’s holding ability will permanently grow slightly! This can be seen on their status page.

Challenge Battle and Free Battle are the two modes players can fight in. Free Battle allows summoners to raise their demons. Challenge Battle is a ranked challenge with increasing difficulty as a player's rank goes up. There are a total of eight ranks within the game with the ultimate goal being the rank of master summoner. Magnetite plays a role in how many demons a summoner can have out and each defeated demon requires magnetite to be summoned again. The game is over when players run out of magnetite and cannot summon more demons.

Released a few years after its original creation, John Carmack's earliest written game is a fantasy RPG somewhat inspired by the early Ultima games. The story takes you to the peaceful town of Jaterus, about to become much less peaceful thanks to one Greymere. This evil archmage has taken up residence in a three-level dungeon, conveniently located just outside the city walls. More alarmingly, he has constructed the Shadowforge - a potent magical artifact that has enhanced both his power and ambition for conquest; Jaterus is first on his list. Your job is to quash his aspirations by finding and destroying the device.
The town of Jaterus is your base of operations, its main attractions being the weapon and armor shops, the inn (where you can recuperate after a sojourn to the dungeon), the temple (where health potions are sold), and the tavern (which, besides refreshments, offers conversation - some of it helpful). The various random NPCs do not communicate, though.
The dungeon is populated by Greymere's minions; so
