This is a complete hack of Final Fantasy 4 (2 US) for SNES which shows off many of the features of the hacking utility, FF4kster. There are a few assembly hacks which cannot be achieved within the editor alone, but they are few in number and mostly for cosmetic purposes.
It may seem at first that the changes are limited to gameplay and the plot is unchanged, but don’t worry, there is a point in the plot after which it branches from the original and begins an entirely new chain of events.
A story-based MMORPG with a unique leveling system based on writing and roleplay posts, set in the world of Eternia. This game boasts complex spell skill trees, so every character is unique. You only have one life per character, so play with caution!
Humanity has settled its first Jupiter-lunar colony. Rhonda is on the run after stealing a powerful political symbol. The Enforcers have sent a Hunter - a ferocious, relentless cyborg with whom Rhonda has a history - named Diarmuid to track her. That is, until the alien Guardian appears on the horizon. For the symbol in question is no a mere item. It needs to be returned to its resting place, before it is too late. Thief and Enforcer must now work together to save the colony.
This hack is designed around the restrictions of extremely weak player units. Each of the 8 playable units in this hack has 1 base HP and 0 base everything else. To compensate for this, additional restrictions are in place. Everything is locked at 100% hit, and growths are fixed. Weapons have had to be slightly altered to fit in with this style.
FE4’s ring system is present in this hack, but the rings present all have explicit downsides, giving them more strategic use. P-Down, D-Up may help you take a hit despite your abysmal stats, but your damage output takes a heavy blow. Ring bonuses also stack.
Thanks to the hack’s short nature, you can use weaker versions of Filia’s Might and Nini’s Grace wherever they may help you, without fear of needing them later.
These two mechanics alone lead to very CQ-esque statstacking.
This hack consists of 5 relatively short maps, each with a unique look and song. Enjoy the game’s gradual shift from puzzle to traditional FE as your options expand.

"After the Incineration of Humanity, an unprecedented quest for the Holy Grail begins..."
As all living beings inevitably compete, history is replete with winners and losers. Our present is determined by history's victors...choices made correctly leading to the proper prosperity in due course. This is called Proper Human History. The incorrect choices and incorrect prosperities are history's losers. Dead-end human histories that were deemed unnecessary and interrupted...discarded even from Parallel World Theory... These are called Lostbelts.
An almost complete overhaul of this classic RPG, aimed at improving the game without compromising its original appeal and charm. Sprites, backgrounds and UI elements have been redrawn using later entries in the series as a reference.
The interface has been improved within the limitation of the game engine, introducing Quality-Of-Life changes that reduce some of the frustration with the original release. Most notably, cancelling an action during combat (e.g. pressing B at magic spell selection, or selecting Magic on a character that is not capable of casting spells) will not forfeit that character’s turn. It is still possible to pass a turn by pressing B before selecting any action.
Many aspect of the gameplay have been slightly altered to make grinding at lower levels unnecessary, and level progression more rewarding. Defeating monsters found in more dangerous locations such as dungeons is also more rewarding as it provides better loot and more XP.
The combat AI has also been improved, and changes have been in

Galidor Quest is an online role-playing game based on LEGO's Galidor franchise. Players can choose from a selection of five species when creating their character, with the ability to start with the arms and legs of any of those species. "Challenges" are duels where the player must guess whether a given statistic is better than their opponent's. If the player guesses correctly, they can choose to glinch their limbs with those of th
