3D beat 'em up game that follows the storyline of the first series of the anime. Playing as Kenshiro, you will travel trough deserts, cities, and the other anime's places facing hordes of baddies with the deadly Hokuto martial arts. Sometimes against some enemies the action freezes and the player is required to press a certain combination of buttons in order to perform a special technique and kill the antagonist. The action is divided in levels, divided in many sub-chapters. At the end of each level the player is allowed to save the progresses achieved on the memory card. The game is pretty gory and fast paced. It also follows very closely the anime's storyline and uses long cutscenes (done with the game engine) to describe the plot developments. Fourth title in the Ganbare Goemon series of platform/adventure games which cast you as the heroic Goemon and his gang of wacky adventurers as he fights evil all over Japan. This sequel however, takes the action to outer space as the gang attempts to rescue Goemon Impact (Goemon's giant mecha) from a strange planet. The game is based around a stage-select hub from which you select which character you want to play as and then attempt to clear the game's many side scrolling stages in standard action platformer fashion, navigating the obstacles and defeating all enemies you run into with your weapons. Since each one of Goemon's allies got stranded on a different planet, you must take control of each one of them in order to clear the stages and recover the special ability unique to each character that must be later put to use to release Goemon Impact. This baseball game features real MLBPA players from the 1994 baseball season. The teams they actually played for are only represented by the cities the actual teams are from. The game has an Exhibition mode, a Regular Season mode, and a Championship Game mode. The Regular Season mode lets the player choose to play either a 13, 26, 52, or 162 game season, while the Championship Game mode lets the player play either a 3, 5, or 7 game championship game series against an opposing team. The game also allows baseball players to be traded to other teams, and it also allows the player to select to play in 1 of 7 different MLB ballparks, plus one extra ballpark designed by Jaleco. Gameplay options include turning automatic fielding on or off. When on the field, batting makes use of a behind the batter view, while pitching makes use of a behind the pitcher view.
