Roar of the Beast is one of two games based on the Beauty and the Beast animated film, the other game being Belle's Quest. This time the player does not control Belle but Beast throughout the entire game. It is not a sequel to the first game, as both games were released in the same year. This title largely retells the story from Beast's perspective. It starts with Beast living in a castle in the dark woods with his servants (Lumiere, Cogsworth and Mrs. Potts). A powerful storm hits the castle and enchants all animals around it. Initially the beast needs to protect the magic rose against the creatures. Soon, Belle and her father Maurice become involved, and eventually the villagers who invade the castle.Metal Fangs

Taiheiki is a turn-based strategy game, based on the television drama of the same name, which in turn is based on a famous 14th-century historical epic which chronicles the fall of the Hōjō clan during the Kamakura period of Japanese history. The game is a grid-based strategy game in the tradition of Fire Emblem or Langrisser. Each side has multiple units, which can move depending upon the terrain. Conflicts between units are shown as animated sequences, and the player can determine formations, as well as issue and change orders to different troops at any time. Battles between enemy commanders take the form of a side-scrolling 1-on-1 action sword battle. There are two scenarios available. The first casts the player as Takauji Ashikaga as he attempts to oust Godaigo and establish a new government, while the second follows Masashige Kusunoki and Yoshisada Nitta, who must try to protect Emperor Godaigo and his imperial rule. Pyramid Magic II (ピラミッドマジックII) is a puzzle-platform game for the Sega Mega Drive, released exclusively in Japan via the Sega Game Toshokan service. Pyramid Magic II claims to be a "sequel" to Pyramid Magic, though is more of a continuation of the original game, with identical graphics, sounds and gameplay. It even shows the Pyramid Magic levels on the map screen. The difference is that Pyramid Magic II offers harder levels.
