Pokémon Battrio is an arcade video game that was announced on April 11, 2007 and released on November 21, 2007 in Japan. The video game requires players to move certain tazos with Pokémon on a grid. The video game is made for two-player multiplayer, where players will fight against other Pokémon. Each player can use up to three Pokémon. It is the first heavily edited Pokémon title for arcades. This video game was not released internationally outside of Japan. Due to its popularity, a new version called Battrio: V was made, which, as its name says, contains Pokémon of the fifth generation.
