SEGA AGES 2500 Vol.29: Monster World Complete Collection

Overview

The 29th release in the SEGA AGES 2500 series, Monster World Complete Collection collects all previous Wonder Boy/Monster World games in a single package. The collection is as comprehensive as the title implies; not only does it include every game in the series, it offers Japanese and Overseas versions of all games (where applicable), various console ports, as well as a number of extras like scans of instruction manuals, artwork, and the like.

Games Included

The following games/versions are included in the collection:

• Wonder Boy (Arcade, SG-1000, Master System)
• Wonder Boy in Monster Land aka Super Wonder Boy: Monster World (Arcade, Master System)
• Wonder Boy III: Monster Lair (Arcade, Mega Drive)
• Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap/Monster World II: Dragon's Trap (Master System, Game Gear)
• Wonder Boy in Monster World/Wonder Boy V: Monster World III (Mega Drive, Master System)
• Monster World IV (Mega Drive)

Every game in the collection is playable in its Japanese or English version, with the exception of Monster World IV (which at the time had yet to receive an official English translation).
