Immortals: Fenyx Rising

Overview

Immortals Fenyx Rising is an open world game made by Ubisoft set in the Ancient Greece. The gameplay is full of sword, axe & bow combat, intertwined with numerous puzzles across the game. The story starts with Zeus talking to Prometheus who's chained to a rock. Prometheus proceeds to narrate the whole game by telling the story of the protagonist, Fenyx, who wakes up stranded on a strange island that was once inhabited by the Greek gods. After Typhon was freed from his chains, he inflicted corruption over the Gods' island and transformed them into useless versions of themselves. Fenyx's quest is to find the 4 gods, Aphrodite, Ares, Athena and Hephaistos and free them from their new form, then bring them back together in the Hall of the Gods, where they can plan the attack on Typhon.

Hermes is also one of the gods that need Fenyx's help, but who hasn't had Typhon steal his powers yet.

After meeting Zeus on his mountain and convincing him to help (and quite a few plot twists in between), Fenyx confronts Typhon in one of his rifts.

The game has 3 DLCs:

A New God

Continues the main story by having the gods test Fenyx's worthiness in the Trials of the Gods in the Pantheon.

Myths of the Eastern Realm

Features a totally different story, with the main protagonist Ku, in Ancient China. Ku needs to bring back balance to the world with the help of Nu Wa and Gong Gong.

The Lost Gods

Brings an isometric/top-down approach to the gameplay, where the main protagonist, Ash, is guided by Fenyx and Athena on another one of the Gods islands to bring back and unite the lost gods, as the title suggests. These gods are Hades, Hestia, Poseidon, Demeter and Boreas.
