One Step from Eden

Overview

One Step from Eden is a roguelike inspired by Mega Man Battle Network and Slay the Spire that features deckbuilding and fast paced combat.

Battles take place on two four by four grids placed horizontally, where players can freely move around their grid and use special attacks based on the cards they draw. Likewise, opponents are flinging their own back, necessitating the player to move around the grid and avoid them.

One Step from Eden was launched simultaneously for PC and Switch in March 2020. A PlayStation 4 port followed in June of the same year.
