The premise behind Bigley's Revenge involves the aforementioned Bigley and the character of Cucumber Dog teaming up with the Illuminati in an attempt to eradicate "dank memes", while the player is tasked with stopping them. Play consists of standing on a floating platform and shooting at approaching enemies to gain points. As in Meme Run, comedy in the game is centred around spontaneous, highly overt, and repeated use of internet memes. Many of the comedic components in Bigley's Revenge are those that were used in Meme Run, such as the Wilhelm Scream, loud airhorns, and references to The Illuminati.
